It's the first time I've been to a GetGo gas station and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. There aren't any gimmicks here, no super fancy diner, no real restaurants attached to it. There is absolutely nothing making this Gas Station any better than most standard Gas Stations out there, only there is. When you can excel in customer service, you've absolutely won the game. Two of the nicest, and quickest staff members I've ever come across at gas station. I can't remember the exact name of the gentleman that rung me out, but he was a baller. He sparked a conversation with me and made me feel welcome, like he wanted me there. Wasn't in a hurry to get me out of there, the feeling I typically arrive to when I'm at any gas station. He was more than willing to treat me like a person, bravo. On another bright side, they were very well stocked, and I think that goes still with the two employees I saw working there. They had the Deli food stocked to a tee and I felt like I had some real choice in what to eat, which is great. I wont highlight the food too much, it was decent but the overall experience and the people they have working there make this a 5 star experience. I'm here to highlight those great customer oriented employees I come across. Keep up the work, don't lose the magic.

Nearly everything had some sort of customization option, from cheeses to sauces and other toppings. They have a lot of drink options that you can serve yourself in the fountain area, including slushies, coffee, soda, and more. There is both interior seating and a patio available. Everything came out hot and fresh. Other selections inside of the store are also great - in addition to the snacks and such you'd expect, they have a good refrigerated section with fruit, cheese, grab and go sandwiches, and the like.

Four stars because I didn't like the constant commercials playing out there. I'm there for gas, not skin care commercials. So I tend to go to other places just because of where it's located.

This company ripped me off. They sent a mailer about fixing my gas rate. It sounded like a good…read moredeal. The way they get you is that after a year, you go on their variable rate which is SIGNIFICANTLY higher than their fixed rate. This simply doesn't make any sense. If they're offering you a fixed rate, you'd expect the rate to be slightly higher than the current variable rate. So, the only conclusion you can draw is that they get you on this variable rate and get you to pay at that rate for a few months before you can get back onto your default gas supplier. Here are some copy and paste I wrote in another place: Last year, I got a letter in the mail from IGS Energy to lock in a low gas rate, so I figured, that sounds like a good idea, right? WRONG. Three things they don't tell you: 1) MichCon will still charge you for still being a customer (because they own the pipes to your house) 2) MichCon will still charge you delivery charges (because they own the pipes to your house) 3) After the one year contract expires, they put you on this variable rate that is 25-30% MORE than the going rate So unless you remember to call them every year, they will make you their personal hand puppet. And, in going back in my bills, it ended up being no cheaper even when I was on their "cheaper" rate. Screw that...lesson learned...through my wallet. Another person said: igs energy,as well as several other natural gas "suppliers",are actually resellers of natural http://gas.it is a retail natural gas broker,and a total scam last year in Michigan,the gas supplier fraud was so bad,reps from Michcon and Consumers came to IGS Energy headquarters to tell them to get out of Michigan because so many people were getting ripped off.. you wont save any money using a supplier,it's all a scam. if you have a contract with IGS Energy as a supplier,and dont want to pay the cancellation fee,simply change the name on your gas bill,and it kicks IGS Energy right off the bill. if you dont have a cancellation fee,and want IGS Energy off of your gas bill immediately,just go past due on your gas bill.the utility automatically kicks IGS Energy off your bill.

I was called at my office today regarding switching my electric service from ComEd to IGS. The…read morecustomer service rep stated that I would get a rate of 5.99 cents per kolwatt hour and the other charges would not apply which include transmission service charges and purchased electricity adjustment. Comparing my bill; if the only item with a price change is "electricity supply charge" my savings would be my current rate of 6.123 cents per kilowatt hour less the new rate from IGS of 5.99 cents per kilowatt hour or a savings of. 0.133 cent per kilotatt hour. I purchased 1546 kWh in july. My total savings would be $2.057 per month or about a $2 per month of savings for no budget billing etc which you get from comed plus you can find them and know them. I think that this program saves you money but in my case on 2%.

**CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SKIMMERS** I went in to fill up around…read more12 PM today (6/10/2022). The pump kiosk was malfunctioning, so I went inside to the gas station hub. I asked the cashier if she could put $20 into pump #3 (for reference, in the store, this is the register to the left of the rotating door in the counter). I was prompted to put in my debit card and bypass the pin, and went on my way having thought I paid $20 for gas. I check into my account 15 minutes later and see all the money in my checking account has gone, and there is a $55 charge from GetGo. I knew exactly what happened. The worst part is when I called they told me "I don't know what to do for you, call in the morning?" UNBELIEVABLE. How's this for an idea, go investigate and see what went wrong???? AVOID THIS GETGO THEY ARE CARD SKIMMERS

OMG, it is one of the slowest in operation so when you sign-up/pay for a wash be prepared to be in a long'ish line. It's very frustrating. Cleaning? Meh!? Next to the car wash is one of two FREE air dispensers. The one located next to the car wash dazzles me because the valve-to-tire coupling is TIGHT! Airtight is alright! And the pressure gauge seems very accurate. The pumps sometimes are covered with OUT OF SERVICE. Seems more so to me than other Get Go Stations or gas stations. Be ready to be in line for petrol if those yellow baggies are over the dispensers. Lastly, the store. It does a healthy business and offers quite a few foodie amenities, some of which are freshly made, same day. But it's tight inside and the staff gets tired of the customers as a day wears on. They don't display any manner of happy.... but would you? Would any of us? I go to this Get Go for my fuel-saver and for the tight valve seal on air pressure. You decide.
