After 17+ years of marriage, we FINALLY were pregnant in 2022. Despite it being mostly after the COVID craze, when we went to our healthcare provider, I was refused, as the dad, to be in with my wife for an ultrasound. I was deprived the opportunity to view the first images, so I wanted a second chance to see my son for the first time. Kathryn was very welcoming and allowed not only me but also one set of my son's grandparents and an aunt and cousin to be in the room during the procedure. The image from the machine was mirrored onto a large television in the room. She sent us all of the image stills and a couple of animated images that we could see, but she also sent the images to someone who could render the multitude of images to provide a life-like image. Granted, this is not a 100% accurate image but I've included a photo of the rendered image next to one of our son's first photographs, later in the day on which he was born. Initially very responsive, even all the way up to a few hours before - via text message. We showed up with my super excited 3 year old and my husband a few minutes early. Door was locked, waited 15 minutes after scheduled time, and she never showed up. She didn't respond to my text and didn't answer my phone call either. First off the place is super easy to find. Kathryn was a doll she is amazing at what she does and wants to get you the best possible photo you can get!! Which I appreciate! The first time we went our little one was stubborn and kept hiding his face and would not budge. Which I was a little disappointed because the main reason I went was to bring my husband, because of covid this was his first time hearing the heart beat and seeing anything. I've send Kathryn twice during my pregnancy, once for my gender reveal photo and again today for a 3D/4D session. Both times I left so happy. I'm a registered nurse and I could immediately tell I was being cared for by an amazing healthcare professional. Her office is wonderful. The TV is wonderful and she is so inclusive of the partners, with the current setting this is so important. both times I went, I got WAY more than what I paid for! You can tell this is her passion! Her equipment is state of the art, coupled with her talent and passion, you are in for a serious treat! I went and got a 4d ultrasound from Kathyrn earlier this week. What a wonderful experience.
