We received a total of 4 quotes for a shower repair job from different independent contractors as well as the large box stores. We picked Duane because he was the only person who told us that we could save a considerable amount of money by repairing the shower insert instead of replacing it. We did just that and we couldn't be happier. In addition to saving us money, Duane's honesty and integrity was very refreshing. We were beyond satisfied with the quality of the work, the speediness of the service and the professionalism of the contractors. I understand that Oglesby Construction specializes in much larger jobs than one they did for us but nowhere along the way was Duane dismissive or disinterested in helping us. I believe that we got the same care and service that would have received were we working with on a more lucrative, complete home remodel, which we plan to do in the future. Remodeling a kitchen is a pretty major under taking, and was quite an investment for us, so we…read morewanted to go with someone we felt confident with, and after our first meeting with Jerry and Issac, (a meeting totally set around our schedule, btw) we felt like a team. Often, with contractors, after everything is signed you never see the owners again. Not the case with PPB, the owners, and project manager were there everyday, checking in, and documenting the progress. Speaking of progress, our full-kitchen remodel was finished 4 weeks ahead of schedule, and included many cool features and ideas they included in the design. PPB also greatly minimized the pain-in the butt that goes with having major construction done about ten feet from your bedroom. They sectioned off the entire work area with double sided tarp, and had lock box, so we had a lot of privacy and relatively little dust through out the job, (and left the place every night way cleaner than it was before we hired them). This kind of endeavor is never easy, there's always problems, and they handled all of them with ease and grace. (At least on our end) In fact for us, that's one of the best qualities about PPB is that they soak up all the headaches involved in a project of this scope; permits, inspections, a multitude of (borderline unreasonable) requests from their clients, all taken care of with a "no problem" attitude. And our kitchen looks better than we ever imagined. Highly recommend.

Woodland Construction Group exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The space originally had an open niche next to the oven and microwave, and we wanted a floor to ceiling pantry that looked like it had been installed with the original kitchen. Woodland Construction Group custom built and installed a beautiful pantry cabinet, and the match to our existing cabinetry is absolutely perfect. The color, style, trim work, and finish blend seamlessly with the rest of the kitchen. You truly cannot tell it was added after the home was built. What makes this cabinet even better is the functionality. They incorporated custom pull out drawers and installed electrical outlets inside the cabinet, allowing us to create a hidden coffee bar.
