Very clean space, friendly staff, and lots of options for types of classes. I appreciate the small towels and lockers that are free to use. It feels nice to not need to remember to bring (then later wash) my own towel. I quite enjoyed most of the classes we had there. There was one class that didn't feel was well thought out/put together, which I considered walking out on but ended up just kinda doing my own thing. There isn't a lot of consistency between instructors or a clear teaching philosophy for the location, as far as I could tell. If you like variety and to stay on your toes, this could be a great fit for you. And again, most instructors were truly great. TruFusion was great. Through Class Pass I booked a Hatha Yoga session that was divine. The young women working in the front were so kind. One of them reminded me of the Indian artist, Ravenna, and I love her music. The class challenged me in a good way and I love learning new yoga poses. I was even able to get a protein drink in the front when it was over so I felt like I had enough fuel to conquer the day when I left. read more

Do I like the place? Yes. The one reason I stopped going is because almost every class requires a mat, and the price to rent one there is ridiculous. I take public transportation so taking a mat with me to work and then to a workout or vice versa is very inconvenient, and one day I decided to just rent one, and the mat and towel rental with tax was $12 or $13 .. that's A LOT. So I won't be doing that again and found a place that provides mats. I wish it wasn't so but it's just very inconvenient if you don't have the option of leaving the mat in your car. read more

All I can say is I'm SO happy that I finally joined TruFusion! It's been on my radar ever since they opened. I've always been so cheap and didn't want to join expensive gyms but this is well worth the money. The people there are amazing and the instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful if you need extra help with your classes. Everyone is so upbeat it's great! The classes are spot on with the energy level and they keep you pumped up throughout the classes. I love the hot classes and gets your heart beat up for an extra kick in the butt! I'm taken aback by the volume of attempts I've made to resolve an issue with TruFusion of Ballard. I would be highly embarrassed if I managed or owned the location. I've been contacting the site since Feb 2024 for cancellation which did not occur, nor was confirmed regardless of request. I discovered in May 2024 I was still being charged the pricey monthly expense. Cancelling has been a total nightmare. I've been ignored daily by the site team. I requested a refund considering I was erroneously charged for four months and a confirmation my account was cancelled, neither have been provided. I've contacted them 10 days in a row (once daily requested response) with only an email back stating that a manager would be in contact. This was four days ago. I'm so sad because the location is beautiful and fairly well kept. My experience going to it was pleasant. However, the financial aspect has been a total nightmare. read more

Took my first freebie class the other day.. I chose boxing Jordan's 730pm Wednesday class. Boy he did not disappoint. Great class. I had a great workout. It's got a mixture of warming up, boxing, and cool down.. They offer a variety of different classes. Jordan is very encouraging and will motivate you to push harder for your potential. I'm clearly out of shape. I really enjoyed his class. t's a beautiful clean gym. The front desk girls are very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this gym. It only took 1 class for me to make the full time commitment to this studio. They have so much variety of classes, both heated and non-heated, and it's for all levels. There is something so wonderful about coming to the classes and getting pumped up, everyone encouraging each other. I used to do just yoga classes at another local studio, and boy! Walking into the Trufusion Ballard lobby is a little bit like switching on the lights of a Christmas tree. It's always a delight to behold, and frankly a little magic. Everyone at the front desk without fail welcomes the customers with a warm smile. Regulars are treated as special guests, chatted up about classes, asked about their day. High spirits prevail. It's more like we're walking into a birthday party. I'm amazed each time with something as simple as a check-in process. Keeping up this level of customer service awareness takes more than just training. It take courage from the managers. The trainers take time to get to know the students, and not just our names either. Throughout class, they encourage, they motivate, they get the best out of us, which isn't always easy forty-five minutes into a one-hour intense boot camp. We're lucky to have such a welcoming place here in Seattle, where customer service and warmth are occasionally hard to find. read more

Great Yoga and Fitness studio! It's a state of the art facility and feels very jazzed up and super nice. Working out here is an experience. The atmosphere really changes everything and helps you have a more enjoyable workout or flow. They have many sign up specials and easy ways to get started. The staff was very nice, from greeting us to showing us around and then facilitating class. The room temperature for yoga was perfect, warm enough to break a solid sweat and loosen up easily but not over-bearing or uncomfortable. The yoga class was taught to every level with plenty of options and variations. I felt supported and safe. The locker room is very nice too. I was looking for a new yoga studio, one closer to my Wallingford home. I found Trufusion online, and they were offering a special (IT IS STILL AVAILABLE) for 10 sessions for 10 dollars. There is no obligation--just 10 classes, $1 each, use within one month. As I got to the end of my 10 for 10, they were offering ANOTHER special--sign up for two months, get the first month at $100 off. So I paid $99 for one month and $199 for the second month. This is for an UNLIMITED membership. I have attended 5-6 classes each week, and have taken about 20 classes total, mostly yoga, but also two of their Pilates classes--all have been somewhere between great and amazing. Not one dud! Great teachers, great staff, great fun, great workout. I am looking forward to trying some other classes too. I am signed up to take a barefoot bootcamp soon. This is a wonderful place and right now an amazing bargain! You won't be sorry!!! read more

Honestly state of the art, way too expensive workout facility. There's not enough variety in the morning classes. And I'll save you by telling you to not waste your time going to kettlebell/rope class. All the instructor did was demo every movement. And we "practiced" the entire time. I almost left mid class and I've never done that before. Yoga classes are hit or miss, teachers mean well but at times over instruct postures, or provide cues for poses that are too advanced for the class at hand. Writing the workouts on the mirrors doesn't help when you can't actually read it. Do yourself a solid and skip the corporate gym , support a local studio. read more

Trufusion offers monthly promotions that are incredibly deceptive and predatory. The promotion is framed around a first month for a discounted rate but a few pages into the fine print of the membership agreement, it says you cannot cancel until after paying for a month at full price as well. It seems deceptive to not include this information up front. I was disappointed in the pushback I received when requesting to cancel my membership. It is frustrating to see a gym value $150 more than its customers being satisfied. read more
