Amongst other issues with our personal banking we have been in the process of procuring a fairly simple loan and the people in charge have been dropping the ball on a weekly basis. Three weeks in and they are just now getting things together to send to the underwriters, three weeks to collect the most basic information. Deeply, deeply disappointed on missed opportunities due to this casual approach to lending money.

This location is great. It has exit/entry by a light so it's easy to get in and out. I seem to…read morealways get the same teller. It's a good thing. She's sweet, fast and is always on point. Often I have the kids I nanny with me because they want to get a sucker, a "treat". That is weird to type out, but that's what we call them, suckers. Our teller is cool, she always picks out the kids favorite flavors for them :) There never seems to be a line here and if there is it goes quickly. They have a security guard outside all the time and he looks like a bodyguard.
