The team did a good job with the work (including shrub trimming, soil clearing and leaf pickup) except for the one fruit tree trim on a tall, maybe 20 ft, tree. Our request during the quote in person and on the day of in person was to trim back from roof 1-2 ft, trim along the fence line, lower the top about 3 ft and take in the sides a little. When the team was done, the tree was nearly out of leaves from being trimmed and thinned inside (we did not ask for thinning). When we screamed "ahhh" and asked why it was so short as well as what we needed to say to not have this happen next time, we received no apology or offer to do better or offer to discount and were told this was 40% off and we should say 25% next time. Good job with all other work, but should make sure to check and ask questions before trimming a tree so drastically. read more

Very professional team and everything was communicated well in advance and during a BIG job pruning/cutting back huge trees and cutting down a 50 foot pine tree. All debris was cleaned up afterwards. For one of the trees, Jose was honest in letting me know that they did not remove the roots because he didn't want to hit any utilities since it was in an area where there were most likely some utility pipes.
