Always great music and conversations with the stylists, I have a local barber I see regularly these days but they weren't comfortable with a special request I had after dying my hair so I gave Old Bank a call. I went to see Dante on a Wednesday at noon and he was not only a pleasure to talk to but did a great job giving me a Mohawk which I have gotten a ton of complements on. They are very affordable and even provide straight razor shaves. Genuinely one of the best places to get a haircut in Baltimore.

Place is a gem. And an anachronism. There were loads of adults who looked on knowingly - they themselves had obviously been coming here since they were children to get their hair cut. The boys liked their bucket of forgotten toys and interesting children's books. Not too long ago they added a TV to the waiting area and this was a mistake. The folks who work here are older (and very friendly) and they usually have the volume up way too loud. We actually don't frequent this place any more, usually going further north up York Road to Sal's.

The powders were all empty, and the jars all had chunks missing out of them. When I reached out to their store, they tried to gaslight me into thinking I didn't know the powders would be light. I even sent photos to their email to which they just responded that they were going to send a return label. No offer to re-send new product, nothing. I've never received such poor service from a store. How bad does an establishment have to be to allow their employees (intentional or not) to pack returned/used items to fulfill an order.
