If this company wasn't running a licensed scam they would be out of business. They don't give a damn about their customers beyond how much of their $ they can take. I placed an order for a tincture. they delivered me a defective product. I asked to have it replaced. They offered me something that is the direct opposite of what I wanted/need. I asked for a refund & their only reply was to offer a credit. In the meantime, I don't have what I ordered, they don't give a damn that they sold me a defective product & they are holding my $. The ONLY means of contacting these people is through their chat "service" which is worthless. If you call the store or central # you will be on hold for an hour. This is an excellent dispensary and delivery company. I wanted to buy indica products and there is a very small selection. Their indica gummies were not available so I ordered indica chocolate. NO STARS.. Update.. After 12 months of no visits and only enjoying CURALEAF, I went back for one last chance and the took the biggest dump on the bed possible. After checking in online and waiting an hour for safety precautions, I walk into an empty waiting room which was great. Immediately 10 walk ins rushed in and stood within a foot of each other. Zero safety precautions other than the tape marks on the floor which were obviously being ignored stood in the way of possible Covid-19. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! The worst company ever. The bud tenders are so nice and knowledge. They consistently have concentrate which is difficult to find for some unknown reason. But the pick up process ... I guess I just really can't comprehend why I waited over 2hours when I ordered online and came about an hour after getting texted that my order was ready. Was first told it would be one hour. After an hour and a half, I was told 15 minutes. Yeah, not so much. I can't even fathom how long it takes if you don't preorder online. This happened in the Dania location as well. What's interesting is that for literally every other non-Trulieve dispensary I've been to, it takes five minutes tops to pick up an online order. Worst customer service on the face of this planet. I was also ripped off for 100 bucks by them on an exchange. I made no less than six phone calls to them requesting someone with management authority call me on several customer service issues. Got three calls back from six made to them. Promises were made and then someone else would get on the phone and say oh no we're not going to do that, the person you spoke too doesn't have that authority. If you call them to order anything be prepared to leave your name on a voicemail and wait at least four hours sometimes a day or more for a return phone call. Then they'll tell you what little they have in stock. There are plenty of other dispensaries around town to deal with that actually have some semblance of customer service. Most dispensaries are doing free delivery these days. This place is a DISASTER EVERY TIME I TRY TO PICK UP. The last time I was there, the receptionist "forgot" I was in the corner, SOCIALLY DISTANCING, skipped me, text me again to come in when I was in their reception area the whole time. Then wanted to have an attitude when I told her I've seen three people walk in after me and leave. The time before, I was told there was a two hour wait to pick up, so I canceled my order. Get it together Trulieve, you're a big company, you HAVE to come up with a better system. On top of that, I went out of my way to buy a Banana Kush cartridge and the left side burnt down completely and the right side is completely full.
