Having learned yoga in a college course and practicing on my own, I will say that Salila made me wish I had actually done the yoga with the group. Salila was an incredible and sweet instructor. She was patient and adjusted her class according to the comfort levels of her student but still went through a good amount of poses. She ended the session with a heartwarming meditation dedicated to our bride-to-be that made her tear. Afterwards, Salila chatted with us and we learned all about her pet squirrel, who is deservingly spoiled, and Salila's athletic journey. I highly recommend Salila's classes!
