Nick owned a beautiful 1926 Buick, which is featured as a significant part of the car show's 2026 event, marking the car's 100th anniversary! The car show, organized by the Palm Springs Cruisin' Association and Nicks son,Michael Negosian,draws large crowds and supports local causes-a testament to Nick's impact on the community. The open air locker room is large and clean; instant warm water out of the showers. The lifeguards are super friendly and helpful. I met a lifeguard named "Duff" during my last visit. I come here frequently to either play pickle ball with the Yucaipa Pickleball club, take my son to the playground, and even for a date picnic with my wife. The park is well-maintained and the city has invested a lot of money and time into keeping the Park updated and continually making changes based off of the needs and requests of the community. I absolutely recommend bringing your family here for some safe, fun and activities!

There have been a few changes in the past few years here. The dog park is closed but it is my understanding that the city will be reopening it again over by the gazebo area. The skatepark is closed and the covered courts area has been expanded to where the skatepark used to be. Yucaipa's main skatepark is over next to the high school off of 13th street. The new covered area is now home to 4 permanent pickleball courts which makes for an amazing space for youth who may not have their own nets yet and for anyone to come play in the shade. Yucaipa Pickleball Club reserves these courts for club play through the city. Club hours are generally in the mornings and the 4th Saturday of the month. No phone call to tell me that until I reached out to him after an hour. His response "I'm right down the street ". 30 minutes later he shows up. Ok, I can look past the two issues , as he seemed so nice and helpful. He told me I would have an estimate in a day or so. After three days, I contacted Manuel regarding estimate, he promised it to me the next morning. He came so highly recommended I was surprised he was such a flake, but I kept giving him chances. After I got the estimate I texted him that I wanted to move forward and can I send him a deposit electronically. He responded yes, but with no directions. After 3 more days I contacted him again and said let's get started, tell me what I need to sign and how do I send you money. No response. This morning I told him to forget it, I'm not going to beg for him To do the work. He had some lame excuse how the person, Steve , who does the paperwork wasn't feeling good. I'm glad I didn't move forward with this builder. FLAKEY AND NON RESPONSIVE TO PHONE CALLS AND TEXTS. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS GROUP. TOO MANY BUILDERS IN THE AREA THAT SHOW UP AND RETURN CALLS

After meeting with Steve, I liked what he had to say and we got started on installing a pool, hot tub, and astroturf. These guys were pretty amazing, they blazed through this process, it went so surprisingly quick, I think we were pretty much finished in about a month. Not only that, but just super fair, always answered the phone when I called, and hired a great team that worked hard and were very respectful of the property. As soon as I sell this house, I'm hiring them again to do my next pool. Everything turned out perfect, and I've already referred them to a few people that have been by the house and loved what they saw.
