I forget the name of the owners but they did the work very efficiently and they were finished before I knew it. During the whole process they were very communicative which I appreciated. So far I've had the tint on my F150 for about three weeks and I could not be happier. Wife is no longer burning up in the passenger seat (main reason for getting a tint in the first place!) and she stays cool, which means everybody is happy.
