Unfortunately I've had a really disappointing experience with this salon and their customer service. A few weeks ago I booked an appointment for full highlights and a haircut. A week before the appointment I confirmed the appointment online and via text directly to the stylist. She asked if i had any inspo pics and I said I would look for one before the appointment. The night before my appointment, after not hearing from Chloe for a week, i got a threatening message basically telling me that because i have been unresponsive to multiple attempts to connect, if i didn't respond immediately my appointment would be given to someone else who has requested that time. I want to be very clear that I never missed a text from her and sent her screen shots and asked her what messages i missed, to which she back tracked and started saying that she was just nervous because people cancel a lot. The stylist and/or salon never communicated that inspiration pics were a requirements of booking the appointment. The stylist never followed up post confirming the appointment, not once. The stylist was really unprofessional in the way she engaged me, and end of day I told her to go ahead and give the appointment to someone else, I'll spend my money at a professional establishment. Fabulous work I really loved my hair I was so obsessed with it.. she fixed my hair from a botched balayage but sadly whatever she did on me only lasted me 12days I've only washed my hair once during that time I only used heat twice and I replaced all my products to salon brands shampoo, hairspray, dry shampoo etc.. that way my color could've last me longer but honestly I'm disappointed that I didn't get to enjoy the new color for at least a month only for couple of days so now it's fading as you can see from the photo below... read more

Went to get Extensions, had to go back into weeks because she installed them wrong and they fell down about an inch which I was charge for. Then went back just under two months to get them moved up but my hair had basically turn in the dreads because she put too many rows onnnn my hair so when she went to uninstall them I had basically no hair left she put them back up and blamed it on me. I reached out to the owner the owner told me that I was not caring for them crackly and sent me a how to care for extensions link, I went back to somebody else less than two months later and the entire salon told me I should sue them because I lost all of my hair and they install them incorrectly. The owner said that the first and they did my hair is certified and basically blamed it on me. It took almost 3 hours to get the dreads out of my hair, what I had left anyways, to put them in correctlyAnd help me get my hair back because I have none at this point. Definitely don't recommend the salon unless you want no hair and terrible customer service unless you want to feel like it's your fault that your whole entire hair fell out. read more

I've been getting extensions for a long time and her method is by far the best I've ever found. My hair looks thicker, more even and more natural than ever before. I had Hair Locs before and my previous stylist told me they wouldn't damage my hair. Much to the contrary, my hair became very short and thin while I had them in my hair. Brittney's method touches the least amount of hair and, therefore, has a lesser opportunity to pull, tangle or damage my hair. She also uses no glue or harsh chemicals.
