I found Mike at trusted escrow sort of by accident. I was selling a property myself and using an attorney to supply me guidance and forms. The attorneys suggested escrow was in Beverly Hills and I am located in West Los Angeles as well as the property. Mike from trusted escrow actually answered the phone the first time I called! I found out they were in Orange County but the location really doesn't matter. Once hired Mike continued to be available and I called often. If he did not pick up the phone then he got back to me in a very reasonable amount of time. I have used a variety of escrow companies in the past and found most of them lacking in communication or giving me inaccurate information. In addition Mike gave me a senior discount and their rate was exceptional and reasonable in fact only 1/3 of what that Beverly Hills escrow wanted and I believe with way more attention to detail and the ability to actually talk to the escrow officer when needed.
