I got into contact with the piercer through text to confirm an appointment for my septum piercing. We agreed on a time, and she said if I was late, she was going to leave and go pick up her kids. With that in mind I showed up 20 minutes early to the agreed time and was told to wait in the seating area. After a little while me and my ex were lead into the back room and we made small talk with the piercer while she set up. She was asian (Filipino maybe?). Right as shes about to pierce my nose she says "I'm the apprentice is that okay?" Apparently the shop piercer confirmed the appointment and decided to leave anyway. I was taken aback because not only am I paying full price to get pierced by an apprentice but neither the shop piercer or apprentice thought to tell me before hand? I didn't want to have wasted all that time so I trusted her to do a decent job so I went through with it. I shouldn't have. She pierced my septum half way through and audibly said oops... she took the needle out a little bit and shoved it all the way through this time. It was by far the most painful piercing experience I've ever had. Because she didn't pierce it fully the first time it came out crooked and it was hard to change jewelery, but it's not noticeable now that it's stretched to a 6g. This whole experience was about two years ago but I never posted the review until now that I remembered and got annoyed. Hope the original piercer doesn't work there anymore. The apprentice was nice but wasn't qualified at the time to do it solo. read more

RUN N GO AND GET PIERCED BY HAILEY!! I've now had 4 piercings done at trusted tattoo (nostril, septum, helix and rook) and I cannot recommend this place enough!! I just got my ear pierced here. I've gotten two piercings at this company with Megan. The piercings I've gotten were helix and tragus today. Both experiences I've had here were phenomenal. I appreciate how Megan tells exactly what is going to happen and how she helps customers feel at home when going to this piercing salon. When I got my helix pierced, she made me feel comfortable, as this was my first "real" piercing besides lobes I got when I was younger. She always pierces correctly, in the exact spot she marked. She's very informative on how to properly take care of the piercing and it is overall a great experience. Today, when I got my tragus pierced, Megan was super kind and helpful because I was nervous. She was helpful as always and the piercing was great, exactly in the spot that she marked and again, she was informative on how to property take care of the piercing. Went here to replace a broken piece of jewelry for my nose piercing and Megan offered to help me put it back in. She had somewhat of an attitude but i thought she might be having a bad day, i didn't expect for her to be so rough and stretch out my piercing with a piece of jewelry which was way too big and doesn't look good at all. I would have appreciated if she showed me the jewelry beforehand, but she just kept telling me not to move as she roughly shoved in a piece of jewelry which is obviously too big for the piercing. I didn't ask for my piercing to be ripped as this reversed the whole healing process. She went up about two gauge sizes without asking me first, but on top of this, she charged $40 for it all?!! I got my septum stretched by Lindsay and got new jewelry for it with spike ends. Good jewelry selection even with bigger gauge stuff. I have gotten my high nostrils pierced by her in the past too. She really took her time to make sure they were symmetrical, which I appreciated. She's always really sweet and makes me less nervous for piercings or jewelry changes. Everything looks autoclaved or disposable so you know it's clean. Highly recommend Lindsay for your next piercing! read more

He asked me to come in next day and I did, we went over tattoo idea and I paid the deposit for an August appointment and from there on he kept asking to reschedule and canceling our rescheduled appointment just to "reschedule" it again and now he leaves my msg on IG on read. He never offered a refund or even a simple "hey I changed my mind about doing the rest of your sleeve sorry" nothing he just ghosted even after I told him that I've had other artist ghost me before, he's happy to take your money that's for sure. Definitely do not trust this place at all and very disappointed in a supposedly veteran ran shop, I was trying to be supportive of fellow service members but that definitely bit me in the a$$.
