I began using Trustworthy last October when my wife and I moved out of our old apartment; someplace we had lived for seven years. All I can say, is that they live up to their name. What first impressed me back in October, was the fact that they did a deep cleaning that was simply amazing. They were so thorough that they got out stains that we (nor the apartment complex) had not been able to do in the seven years. I was so impressed that I decided to hire them to clean our new home. I will say that even when there are issues they take care of them and we found that out in the most recent cleaning they did this past Saturday. They sent a team that after they were done our home looked amazing, the bath fixtures sparkled and the whole place smelled clean. The nicest touch was the effort they took to make our home feel like a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons Hotel with the paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and bath towels all have a "special" fold. Both my wife and I loved the little details like that in addition to having a team take the time, effort and care to get it all right. I will say that the cleaning before this last one was not as great, but Trustworthy came through to make it right. With any service company, there will be times that they might skip a beat, but if you reach out politely and make them aware (no service business are mind readers) the good ones will step up to make your experience better. I had never used a cleaning company before, but when we bought our new house, I knew I didn't want to clean both the new house and the rent house. I called and set up an appointment to have the rent house cleaned on a day we'd have all of our things moved out. Then we closed on our new house...the previous owners did not clean at ALL and left a bunch of stuff. We were planning on cleaning the new house before moving in, but it all became too much. I called Trustworthy Cleaning since I had already scheduled the other cleaning service with them. She said she didn't have anything, but told me she would call me back. She managed to have a crew at the new house the next morning. It was a total life saver! I was there off and on while the ladies cleaned the new house. They were very polite and thorough! When they were finishing up, she asked if I would walk around and check everything before they left to make sure everything was okay. Our rent house was very lived in.. we have 3 older kids and a toddler. I'll just leave it at that. We took the kids by to say goodbye to the old house after it was cleaned and it looked AMAZING! My experience with this company was not good at all, on friday October 23rd they supposed to be at my place at 11am, for any reason it was 1:30pm and there was no clue about them, i called and they told me they will be arriving in 15 minutes something that did not happen, they showed up at 3:10pm when i was not expecting them anymore so i decided to cancelled them cause by that moment i was doing the cleaning job by myself and a lady called me to charge me $50 for a last minute cancelation.. I was shocked, i mean they do not respect they time to the customers and can be more than 3 hours late but we cannot cancel the service if they show up whenever they want? Obviously i asked for the supervisor to complain and they gave me an "special rate" i was agreed with it but by the moment the job was done the only thing i asked they to focus was not well done, the floors, it was like the ladies were mopping it with dirty water. So i called again to let them know what was going on and the only answer i got was "we do not take care of any complaints when the cleaning job is done with special rates" so i had to do the floors by myself again. I do not wish this experience to anybody so i do not recommend this company at all. read more

Due to a medical condition, I am no longer able to clean my house the way I used to so I hired Trustworthy Cleaning Service. The ladies, 3 of them, arrived on time and immediately started cleaning my house. They started upstairs and did a good job. I did suggest that they wear shoe coverings when walking on the carpet, I think that should be a standard procedure. The only complaint I had with the upstairs cleaning was when they vacuumed, they hit the leg of my dresser and took a small chunk of wood out of it. I let them know, the following morning, when I noticed it and they apologized and said the ladies would be talked to about being more careful. Accidents happen and I was happy with the way they handled it. I stayed in the house while they cleaned. When they moved downstairs, I went upstairs to get out of their way. The ladies did leave, without saying a word to me. I didn't even know they were finished cleaning until I went downstairs to check and they were gone. I feel they should have let me know they were leaving so I could lock my front door. Despite the few things I brought to their attention, I think they did a good job cleaning my house and will be using them once a month. read more

As I mentioned in an earlier update, I used Trustworthy Cleaning to keep my house show-ready when I moved. I visited the house a few times between the time it was ready to be listed, and just before it actually went to Act of Sale. They kept the place looking freshly cleaned the entire time. The first weekend the house was shown it went for over asking price. I'm sure much of that is due to the trades which came in and did repairs, but keeping it clean and inviting definitely made a huge difference as well. One comment for anyone looking to use them for this purpose, have your real estate agent keep you updated on any changes to the lockbox so the crew won't have any trouble getting in. The crews know how to use lockboxes, so this won't be a problem so long as you keep them informed. And if you're a real estate agent looking for cleaning services, I can very highly recommend them. They worked very well with me, even though I was 1,200 miles away most of the time. read more

I have been using them to cleaning for a while. The last week service was the end. It is not impressive. Terrible customer service!!! First, I changed my appointment to deep cleaning and got the confirmation stated that "no problem". When the cleaning team got here, they didn't get notified about this. Terrible communication and management. Second, One of the lady was talking out loud on the speaker phone while cleaning. How did she focus on her work? Third, i made the first appointment at 8:30 am, they got here at 9:28 am. Took them 2 and a half hour to clean and I got charged over $230, I asked for a receipt with details. Still never heard back from them. I need the explanation on this. Fourth, the cleaning was not that great. It did not look like a deep cleaning. They forgot to wipe lots of places, no supervisor came to check their work either. Please shop around before making any appointment. By the way, I contacted the owner. No response!!!!!! read more

I hired trustworthy cleaning When we bought a home. They did a move in clean and I was satisfied with the job. I decided to rehire them for the move out job at the apartment that we were leaving Because they did such a good job the first time. My home was fairly clean overall, though we purchased the move out services so that the next tenant has a clean home to start their life in! The ladies worked diligently and were focused the entire time. The office called saying they thought they needed another hour. I'm not a clean guy and my roommates are usually similar to me. I've used Trustworthy 4 or 5 times now and every time i've been happy. I've used them for move out cleans and just normal cleaning. The move out cleans are their specialty and my landlords usually want to know who i used. But the normal cleaning i had recently was great. They even made my bed and put my favorite pillow displayed.
