The cleaners were quick to book (within 2 days) and on time (3-3:30 window, showed up right at 3 pm). They texted ahead of time (instead of calling). The only small thing was that I was told 3 cleaners would come and only 2 did (I didn't need 3 for my unit but just a small communication issue) They quoted me at $165-$230 and in the end it came out to $210+tip. The team of two were in and out in 1 hour, 45 minutes and able to clean my one bedroom apartment thoroughly (including fridge, cabinets, and oven). I loved that they moved my couch to clean under it as well! They prefer cash. Would definitely use them again in the future.

If you don't read past this... THERE WAS BUGS AND HAIR IN THE DISHWASHER THEY SAID THEY CLEANED. I met with Miguel a few days before and explained I was looking for a deep clean of the fridge, window tracks, dishwasher, cabinets etc. Miguel took notes and provided me with a check list detailing what a move in clean entails. He provided me with an estimate of time and price. A few days later 3 ladies came to clean. After 1.5 hours (for $300 of work) they called me to say they were finished. I was puzzled as to how they could have cleaned so fast, but they insisted. When I got to the home. It was not clean at all ( dusty baseboards, bugs on window sills, greasy cabinets, grime in bathroom sinks, previous tenants hair in the shower etc.). I contacted Miguel and pointed this out to the women cleaning. After another hour, the house was still only about 80% clean but they were in a rush to leave and I was not in the mood to argue. I called Miguel again who said he would be on the way to look at the work... he never showed. I texted a few days later and no response. Extremely poor cleaning and service. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything. EDIT 6/29/25: see owners response below. I tried to call and text several times prior to leaving a review. Additionally 1.5 hours for $300 and they ended up staying 2.5 hours that is not extra time that is the job they were asked to do. The dishwasher photo and baseboards were taken after the cleaners left. Additionally several other parts of the house were left dirty.

Booking process online was seamless and I appreciated being able to add-on services like oven cleaning. They arrived within 10 minutes of the arrival window ready to go. I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! There was construction dust everywhere, much of it stuck to surfaces, and the team was incredibly thorough in cleaning every corner of the house. They vacuumed and mopped carefully throughout, paying attention to details that many cleaners would easily miss. One area I was particularly concerned about was the basement carpet, which had gotten very dirty from contractors constantly walking on it during construction. They spent a lot of time trying to remove the stains and improve its condition. Erick was also very honest and upfront that he couldn't guarantee every stain would come out completely, which I really appreciate. Their pricing was also very fair and competitive considering they work from 8am to 4:30 pm. Everything was done so nicely and the two lovely ladies who did the cleaning were so kind as well. The only thing that I did take off stars for was the wooden board that was placed at the top shelf by the building to block off the wiring/funnels etc bc this top shelf across was connected to the microwave hood which sits atop the stove. It definitely wasn't moved or broken before and I really should have throughly checked all cabinets but didn't discover it until my exit /checkout with one of the apartment managers there. Imagine my shock because this was not reported to me at all. When I reached out to the owner, Erick, he said that they assumed I knew about it and that's why they didn't say anything to me. And said that if they didn't anything they would have told me and him. This was NOT communicated to me after the cleaning and when I reached out to him over it, a picture of a stained drawer (I knew of this because the previous tenant had done this and used drawer liners to cover it), was sent to me saying that that was they discovered. But I knew of this lol. And this was NOT the picture of the broken/moved wooden slat. Generally would have appreciate an upfront apology and then maybe a %of my payment back as a generous gesture (I know, they p won't). But the honesty would have been the best. It put me in a bad spot bc the ladies were so lovely and I never want to give a small business a bad review. But the way this was handled after was ...not ideal to say the least. I was thankful that Lilian was able to provide service on Sunday, which is when they're usually closed. But I ended up having to reclean 75% of what was done so it feels like it wasn't worth the money or time waiting around. The floor was still dirty so it wasn't cleaned well. After the cleaners left, I busted out some new slippers and the bottom of them turned dirty. When I decided to steam mop afterwards, I had to change out the pads a few times as it turned dark from not being cleaned. I also noticed the large sliding glass doors leading to the backyard had streaks. There was a window that got missed above the sink and so it was cleaned haphazardly at the end. When they left I noticed there was streaks on the window. I had asked for a door to be wiped cause it was visibly dirty and one of the cleaners proceed to wipe it. Then she asked me if it was okay. I said okay bc I had given up at that point as I saw she just moved the dirt around and didn't clean it at all :').

I was in a crunch time and had let the team know to give me a heads up as they are wrapping up and I would like to see the place before they leave. However, because english is not their first language, it was hard to communicate my intent. Lilian had offered to have her team come back, but unfortunately I did not have the time to fit this hassle in with my schedule. Lilian's service is good value if you need okay cleaning done. However, I would not recommend her services if I were to book move in cleaning or regular cleaning.

Angel is extremely prompt with his messaging and communication. I would reply or send messages at off hours, expecting a response during business hours like most businesses operate but he would always respond. Their pricing was by far one of the best for move out/move in cleaning. It was a flat fee, which included many items that other businesses charges extra for. We have used multiple businesses and they were the first to even clean the sofas. The interaction was flawless and because I was not on site, he messaged me when they were en route, when they arrived, when they began, and updated during the entire process. Then as he was close to finishing, he also sent pics of all the items and told me what they had to finish. I wish I had pictures of the before, but the after literally looked as if the house was brand new. I found out cleaners and I wish I could keep them a secret but they are too nice and good to not let their business flourish.
