We had a completely fused shower cartridge that turned into a waaayy bigger fix than the quick DIY project we anticipated after the stem broke off. I got on Yelp & searched hoping to find a plumber who could come out the same day. What could have turned into a $1,200 wall-opening repair ended up costing a couple hundred thanks to Milton's skill and patience. He carefully chipped away at the completely seized cartridge for two solid hours & removed it w/out damaging the valve. I have been trying to get an estimate since March 25th for installing submeters. I called and was told they handle them, was directed to send an email with my request. I sent photos, specs, everything as I was told they wouldn't need to go to the site to provide an estimate. I followed up multiple times. Dominic reached out asking me to call. I left him a voicemail, and followed up with an email. Finally on the 13th of May I said I had received the meters and wanted to follow up again for the quote.
