We got the infamous letter in the mail, informing us that our insurance company wasn't going to renew our policy because we had a water leak in the past and we needed to put in a home leak detection system and an automatic shutoff. This is an updated review on Turner B their lead plumbing technician who works for MasterCraft Plumbers. I had an issue after this MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet was installed yesterday. This issue is, I was not able to access this new MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet because for some reason, there was no water that came out of it. This was after Turner their Lead Plumbing Technician from MasterCraft Plumbers left my home. This morning I called and I spoke to Chris this answering service specialist and I explained this situation with Chris in me not being able to access this new MOEN Adler Kitchen Faucet because there was no water coming out of this faucet. I asked Chris , can she send a message to Brett their dispatcher and let him know my issue and to ask Turner B. to come over to my house and check out this issue to resolve this problem. Another minor issue was that Turner B. he accidentally had taken this manual for the MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet Installation with him when he was going to throw away the old kitchen faucet part and the box. I always keep the manuals and the Lowe's Sales Receipt for my own reference and my protection in case I have any issues with this new kitchen faucet.
