Even though Quick is closed on weekends, Brandon texted me and set us up first thing Monday morning. Ben (sales) was extremely helpful, walked me through all the options, and made a genuine effort to get Rheem to honor the warranty. Unfortunately, Rheem couldn't provide a replacement and instead offered fair market compensation (still TBD). Not thrilled with Rheem, but Ben handled the situation professionally and kept me informed throughout. We ultimately went with a Bradford White, and Sammy installed it the same day. His work was excellent--professional, efficient, and spotless cleanup. The Bradford White + installation was very reasonable and very surprisingly comparable to my prior installation. Very impressed with Quick's responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to turn everything around in a single day. Highly recommend them.

This call happened after a slightly frustrating visit with Ben who admitted he only has 1 year of experience and was trying to keep up as best as he could. He was actively trying to learn on the spot. He was honest which I commend. Ben left saying he needs an actual technician present along with the owner's help to develop a more solid option and plan to move forward. Not a problem at all. It must be frustrating being an expert in your field having to speak about the same products and concepts with home owners who are relearning different/new systems on the fly. But if customer service is not your forte, stick to delegating and take hospitality courses so your loyal customers don't feel like they have to be apologetic for having questions on a $11k quote. Sadly, a "could have been better" 2/5 star experience, wish we could stick with them. Pro tip, maybe ask to exclusively interface with the seasoned members of their crew with 5+ years of experience so you avoid any negativity and can actually get the work you need done.

There was no actual flange at all, just a repair flange and it was set below the level of the flooring and filled in around with a mess of some kind of caulk or filler to try and raise the level up. Making this right was way out of our league, so we called MasterCraft to help us out. They confirmed our suspicions that this was messed up six ways from Sunday and talked through the process of cleaning out the filler, chipping away the concrete, and refilling it with a clean setting of concrete so they could set a proper flange 1/4" above the flooring and for a reasonable price considering how terrible the setup was. They immediately set up an appointment to return the next day. While they were there for the estimate, they offered a free inspection of the plumbing in the rest of the house, which I took to be a fishing expedition for more "problems" they could "fix" for more money, but such was not the case. They found one minor issue, said it could probably wait a few years, and even fixed another minor issue they found for free, then said everything else looked good. Startling honesty and helpfulness! From my call for help, they had folks out to check things out in about two hours, and the work was completed less than 24 hours after that. For the level of work done, an incredible turn time, IMO. All told, we had 5 different techs in our house between inspection and repair, and every single one was friendly, competent, and respectful of our home. While I'm not eager to *need* their services, if I do, MasterCraft Plumbing has definitely earned repeat customers here!

Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. When I contacted them for an appointment, I discovered that it is the same company as Chim Chiminey Sweep, who cleaned our chimney last year and did a great job. So we figured we couldn't go wrong by hiring them to clean our ducts and vents. They came today and did the cleaning. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were utterly professional. I can't easily look inside the ducts to see how clean they are, but I watched them work and I'm sure it all got very clean. They brought a big red machine labeled "Rotobrush"; it looked like a combination vacuum cleaner and spinning brush. The brush loosened the dirt and the machine sucked it all in, so that none of it came out into the air or the room. They worked efficiently and finished when they predicted that they would. They reported that one of our 16 ducts was damaged and suggested that we call a heating/cooling company to have it repaired. The final invoice was for exactly the estimated amount. I couldn't be happier. I asked them how often we should do this cleaning, and they said "about every 5 years". We have lived in this house for 3 years, but I suspect that the ducts hadn't been cleaned for 20 years. No more sneezing here.

They brought their own portable toilet and were very efficient and tidy. They even swept up any sawdust left over and hauled everything away. We really appreciate the high-quality work that Luis and his crew did and we now have a blank slate for our future house projects. I was told yes, so I stopped searching and waited on them. When the plumber arrived somewhere, he texted me a photo of the wrong gate and asked if it was my house. I replied no and immediately sent him my live location pin, clearly showing my exact address. This is not a hard-to-find property - we regularly receive deliveries, contractors, and even DoorDash drivers with zero issues. At that point, communication completely broke down on their end. My husband drove out to locate the plumber and called him multiple times. The plumber repeatedly sent him to voicemail and did not return calls. My husband then called the office and asked that the plumber call him back. The office said okay. No call came. When my husband finally got through, the plumber said, "I'm in the middle of nowhere." My husband offered to have him drop his location so he could physically guide him in. The plumber refused and said, "Just find someone else." I then called the office myself. Instead of offering a solution, or another technician, I was told: "I don't know what to tell you. When we look up your address, we only see bushes and plants." That statement is simply false. Our address is clearly mapped, and again, other service providers find it daily without issue. The tone was dismissive and essentially amounted to "Oh well - find someone else." Key issues: - They confirmed they service my area, then refused to complete the job. - The plumber ignored repeated calls while knowing my husband was actively trying to help him. - No attempt was made to troubleshoot navigation, send another plumber, or offer any resolution. - Communication was avoided rather than handled professionally. If your company relies on GPS and mobile communication, your technicians need to be capable of using it - and answering the phone. At the bare minimum, basic respect and follow-through are expected. This was a complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional. Do not say you service an area if you are unwilling to actually drive to it.

Xavier came out twice to fix two separate issues with our leaky bathtub and some weird water sound…read morein one of our toilets. He was incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. The leaky tub had to do with the previous plumber from a different company using the wrong sized gasket when he repaired it. He explained how he fixed the water sound in the toilet but I didn't understand a thing. All I know is that the sound is gone and the bathtub stopped leaking! I also had a concern about a dripping sound I'd hear when I ran hot water for awhile from each sink in the house. We ran water from a sink and once we heard the "dripping" he immediately knew what it was. He used a couple words to explain what was happening but I don't remember them so we'll just say it was the pipes expanding or something. He definitely eased my mind assuring me that it wasn't water dripping in the walls throughout my home. All in all Xavier was superb and I trust him wholeheartedly.

I got on Yelp & searched hoping to find a plumber who could come out the same day. Based on their 4.9 rating and great reviews, I called Trusty Plumbing....kinda skeptical with the name at first LOL but their reviews & rating & my desperation had me dialing!! Dominick asked us to send a couple photos so he could assess the issue, then dispatched Milton, who literally showed up within the hour. Seriously a lifesaver! What could have turned into a $1,200 wall-opening repair ended up costing a couple hundred thanks to Milton's skill and patience. He carefully chipped away at the completely seized cartridge for two solid hours & removed it w/out damaging the valve. From start (answering my call) to finish (coming out n removing & switching out the mineral built up fused cartridge) they were polite, friendly knowledgeable, patient, and clearly experienced! :) We are beyond grateful. 1000% recommend Trusty Plumbing!
