He came up with a plan to run a new copper pipe under my lawn, and he connected me with another honest and reasonably-priced guy to help trench, saw-cut concrete, and remove/reinstall pavers to get from the water meter to the house. Communication was great, and the job was well-done. Pat went the extra mile to make sure that I was completely satisfied before sending the bill. Both times he was prompt, efficient and professional. however the second repair he neglected to tell me what the cost of the shut off valves until he completed the job and presented me with the final bill. I was surprised at the additional amount. This additional charge more than doubled his original estimate. He did give me a $45 discount for the two repairs. We recently bought a new house, and to our surprise, when we moved in, the water pressure was much lower than it was during our inspection. Our Rennai Tankless water heater started flashing error code and stopped working. I called Pat at 2:30 in the afternoon; he listened patiently while I was describing how the problem started. He was finishing a job and was here within the next hour.
