The toilet was very heavy (approximating 100 lbs), but Anthony handled it carefully and expertly by himself. We have a gas leak which was located and marked by CPL. I reached out, via email, to Uncle Pat Plumbing. They responded a couple of minutes after I sent the email at 3:33pm and asked if I could send photos and the CPL report. I sent the report at 3:53pm and the photos at 3:56pm. I waited and waited . . . . and waited for a response but nothing. I Sent a follow up email just before 5pm and asked if they had received my report and photos. Crickets. I sent my address thinking that this was the issue. Nope, still Crickets. I want nothing to do with a company that has such rude and unprofessional conduct. Pat was extremely helpful in fixing a leak from an old PVC pipe under my concrete slab driveway. He came up with a plan to run a new copper pipe under my lawn, and he connected me with another honest and reasonably-priced guy to help trench, saw-cut concrete, and remove/reinstall pavers to get from the water meter to the house. Had a tight manifold leak that required it to be rebuilt. Uncle Pat Plumbing returned my call and set up a time to meet the next day. The availability offered was very much appreciated. There was some leaks after the fix as it was being checked, but Pat was honest about what was happening and made sure it was done well and fixed before leaving. He quoted me one price for the first possible cause of the issue. But when it turned out to be the bigger fitting, he adjusted his price but id still say it was a good cost/value for the availability, fix, and communication he provided. He took time and care, unpacking and hauling the new toilet we'd ordered to the second floor with his assistant, Joey. They were very mindful and meticulous. Both times he was prompt, efficient and professional. however the second repair he neglected to tell me what the cost of the shut off valves until he completed the job and presented me with the final bill. I was surprised at the additional amount. This additional charge more than doubled his original estimate. He did give me a $45 discount for the two repairs. We recently bought a new house, and to our surprise, when we moved in, the water pressure was much lower than it was during our inspection. We called Patrick and he was able to design and install a booster pump system for us to bring the pressure back up to normal. He was very meticulous with his work and did an excellent job. He also did some other smaller jobs like replacing our toilet and fixing an issue in our shower. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and detailed. Our Rennai Tankless water heater started flashing error code and stopped working. I called Pat at 2:30 in the afternoon; he listened patiently while I was describing how the problem started. He was finishing a job and was here within the next hour. He tightened the exhaust pipes ( this was the cause of the error code) and I tested the recirculating button to see whether the water heater is working again. And Voila! We have hot water again.
