The installation itself went smoothly. The installer, Jean, was professional, courteous, and did a great job. Trish, the door-to-door representative, was also amazing & very helpful and even came out to the house to assist. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. As soon as the installer left, the Eero system went offline. I contacted tech support and waited on hold for about nine minutes. After spending roughly 30 minutes troubleshooting, the technician was unable to provide a solution. Shortly after, our representative connected us with Liz from Tier 1 technical support. Her interaction was unprofessional and rude to both me and Trish, which was very disappointing. After Trish left, the internet did restore; however, only one of the Eeros were working, and the signal was unstable consistently. Due to these ongoing issues and the poor support experience, we have decided to cancel service and remain with our local provider. read more

I moved to Tifton into an apartment community and TruVista is the only option I was given. The service I selected is affordable and the speed is fine for everything I do. The service is highly reliable. Everyone I have talked to on the phone has been friendly and helpful. I even got my service the same day I signed up. This is a Scam Company!!!!!! They put green boxes on your property past the easement without your permission and lie about the Supervisor is in a meeting and then say that he is out of town in the Tifton TruVista's Office. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT TAKE UP SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Look at all the bad reviews on Google and Yelp. When they respond and tell you to call the number on their website then they give you the run around and do not help you at all. A VERY TERRIBLE COMPANY THAT SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!! read more

We moved to Tifton, GA and signed up with Plantel. The internet service has been horrible. We try streaming our tv and it buffers and the voices break up so it was suggested we bump up our internet from 50mb to 100mb, so we did and we would run a test because the buffering and the voices continued to break up and would find out that we were never getting anywhere close to 100mb but yet we were charged for it. We let them know and they were sending a Technician out to check it and so my husband waited for the Tech and he didn't show. I arrived home to see a note that the Tech missed us. The Tech never knocked on the door so we called to ask them why and were instructed to leave a message which we did. We had not heard from anyone so called again and were told to leave another message and again no return call. We are so disappointed in the lack of customer service. We will be looking for better service as to we expect to receive the service we are being charged for. Do NOT sign up for Plantel!!! read more
