The corned beef and other ingredients were grilled to order on the stove, bread toasted. The hot reuben had good amounts of grilled sliced lean corned beef (charred along a few edges) with minimal fat, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and very little Russian dressing on soft toasted bread, no pickle though.The meat had a very chewy texture. The reuben was decent overall. I do plan to order a different sandwich next time I'm passing through Claremont, leaning towards a Chicken Bacon Wasabi or a Cheese Steak sub. For now, 3.4/5.0 stars.
