The worst smear of cream cheese in american history

Admittedly tasty montreal bagel with a lovely herbal seasoning, heinous distribution of cream cheese exclusively in the middle of the bagel. Baffling stuff!

Food- 4/5 Overall experience- 5/5…read more It was a fun spot to stop at to break up our drive back to Boston. The lot was small but many people were coming in and out so we didn't have to wait long to get a parking spot or outdoor seating. There are two shops: the deli and market with different vibes and items inside. The market is a quick shop with some snacks, drinks, coffee, and knickknacks. The deli is where the hot/cooked foods are at with some other specialty foods. The food was overall ok, nothing noteworthy. The main attraction is their Mac and cheese that had been circulating my IG feed. Don't think it's life changing but the shops have curated selections of local goods that are reasonable priced to get some last minute treats. Pass on the general tso(?) and the potstickers in my opinion unless you're really craving it. The desserts looked amazing and would definitely get one next time

We were able to get a spot in front with no issue, but I imagine that this was because it was a week day. We chose the Mac and cheese and the maple pulled pork. Both were worth the hype in my opinion. The mac and cheese was super creamy and paired well with the tender pulled pork. The baked goods were nothing to write home about. Maybe we just chose the wrong items? We tried: Oatmeal cookie - good, but not amazing. Chocolate chunk/ peanut butter cookie - stale as heck and basically inedible. I always am leery of saran wrapped cookies that are out on display because its impossible to know if there are actually fresh. The giant stacks of cookies were too enticing to pass up on. The chocolate cookie we purchased was definitely not fresh at all. $3.29 down the tubes - lesson on saran wrapped cookies learned (again). Carrot cake whoopie pie and original whoopie pie - both tasty, but the cake was too thick for my personal liking. We sat in the small outdoor seating area to eat. This was a nice little reprieve from the car ride.

Great sandwich! I…read morestopped by Reel Deal Deli in Charlestown for lunch takeout recently. This cozy sandwich shop serves up a variety of made to order breakfast sandwiches/burritos and lunch sandwiches, cold drinks in the cooler and root veggie crisps. The bagels, muffins, breads and wraps used here are homemade as are the sauces too. When possible, the ingredients are fresh and locally sourced. The prices here are fair. There are a few tables inside the shop and a few tables outside on the wooden patio. I ordered the Hot Reel Deal Beef ($12 plus tax/$13.08) which was made to order in the open kitchen behind the counter. The sandwich I ordered was very good, which had thin sliced grilled roast beef, caramelized onions, melted cheddar, bacon, and spiced mustard on soft homemade focaccia bread, a really nice touch to make a great tasting sandwich.

My mom and I tried this place for the first time today. I highly recommend you NOT go there. Well it sounded good but when we got it it was cold, the meat was hardly there, and it was shredded meat like scraps. It was disgusting and the focaccia bread which is homemade was OK but it fell apart. I have proceeded to message them on Facebook to let them know how I felt about our experience and they read it and never responded. It's a good thing they're selling because they need to put somebody in there who really cares about the product they put out

But the service, food and quality more than make up for it. We came over here after a long walk from home. Normally, you give The attendant your cell number and they text you when your table is ready, provided all guests are together. Amazingly, after being told we'd have a long wait, the attendant told us a group exceeded their time and provided us with a table We had the nicest, most cheerful and energetic server ever. She turned the day into a ray of sunshine. The code is excellent, the veggie omelet was delicious, and the ambiance was happy and busy. As usual, we left satiated and full. Way to go Tuckers.

Perfect size and I liked the crunch from the hash browns and the veggies in there too. My mom liked the garden bowl but said there was a bit too much balsamic on top. Servers were very nice. Came on a Saturday at 12 and were able to be seated right away. Something for everyone here. Reasonably priced too. Would recommend if you are in the area!
