Called last minute for a massage and they got me in quickly. First I thought it was a standard reflexology that you keep your shorts on and soak your feet but when I arrived it seemed more like individual rooms. The room I was taken to had 2 beds for couples massages. So I ended up doing the combo for 60$ for the hour + $2 credit card fee (I tipped cash not included in above price) Greeted by a man and he asked which one I wanted then took me back and told me to take off clothes and lay face up. I get a lot of massages and usually they have me start face down unless doing the foot soak first. But I didn't mind, a lady walked in quickly after. She greeted me and asked if I needed any focus areas. She didn't speak the best English but enough to make sure she kept insisting if it's too hard to let her know. So communication was good! she found the tight spots worked them out One complaint but wasn't the end all is that she was listening to headphones and I could hear it slightly when she was working on my upper body. I live out of state but this is near my mom's house so when I'm visiting, I love to swing by. I was there today and got the 90 minute full body and let me tell you that their massages are the epitome of "hurts so good". I couldn't communicate with the staff in English and didn't get the service I requested. I did not receive reflexology. I should have realized a problem when told to undress. The service was fine just not what I wanted. Also no reflexology chairs. Probably higher unlicensed massage people who get minimum wage. They charge about $50 an hour. The 90-minute massage I received from Linda at TS Reflexology was superb. The knots in my back and calves were massaged away and left me feeling revitalized and ready for the upcoming ewe's road cycling. When next I visit, and I will re-visit soon, I'll ask that hot stones briefly applied to my back are re-directed to my thighs. My thighs are probably the tightest muscle group on my body and a hot stone warm up would allow a better massage versus my jerking up with pain at the softest of touches. I am friendly greeted by the manager and led to a clean, tidy, and comfortable room punctually. Linda arrives and gives me a professional and relaxing massage. I always leave feeling great. What a great experience! I have very tight feet due to years of wearing high heals every day. I have been doing reflexology for a few months now but recently moved and decided to find a closer place. Making an appointment was extremely easy online. Although I did not get the person I requested, I actually just picked someone because I had no reference point anyhow, they responded back quickly with the change. I arrived early and the took me immediately to the room. The service provided by Michael exceeded my expectations. He was skilled and meticulous. My feet felt awesome after the service and Michael waited for me outside the room with a bottle of water. The prices are online and they do much more than reflexology. When I got their it looked VERY clean and update to date. The man you helped me checked it was nice but their was a BIG language barrier! Fantastic massage with Linda. After 90 minutes, I feel like a new man. Linda was wonderful. I really wish i could have given 5 stars but there were a couple of negatives regarding the transaction itself. I made my reservation online and the guy at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about when I got there and showed him my confirmation. Maybe he didn't know they have a reservation system online ‍ The only other negative part of my experience was the amount that I was charged for the massage. Needed a massage and called the same day and they got us in for a couples massage within a few hours. This was our first time visiting this location as we live in Central Phx but it was worth the drive. They were very friendly and professional from the moment we walked in. We had a room together with and we're very happy with our masseuses. They did a great job and we felt very relaxed afterwards. Not only the service and massages were awesome, it was a great price AND what was even better is they didn't try and sign us up for a membership and give a speech on why we need one and try to sell us a package. I've been to maybe 100 massages. This was the best experience. Also lowest price ever. Only thing is they had a hard time communicating with me - we had a language barrier. I didn't feel very welcomed and it wasn't very professional. Lady who did my massage was kind but she asked me for more tip which made me very uncomfortable. I am not sure how I feel about this experience. Don't think I'll be coming back because that was a strange experience. But if you guys don't mind that then this place still does give the best massages I've ever had. I think Id rather go someplace that's more professional and pay more. read more
