Do know that, if you have a layover here in Dallas that requires you to change gates it can take a while. While signage is clear and easy to follow, and I was walking at a fairly brisk pace, I had about 1 1/2 hours layover and arrived to my departing gate just as the plane was ready to board. This is due to the time it takes to get to the tram, ride the tram through a few stops and to the appropriate set of gates (which are quite spread apart) and then navigate to the gate areas - so even with that long of a layover, I wasn't able to browse the shops and didn't have time to dally. That said, there were plenty of food options in this airport, including a TGI Fridays in one terminal where they guarantee diners will be in and out in 30 minutes.

I only had an undershirt on underneath so basically my sweater was my shirt. She only suggested I take it off but I guess since she was off duty she didn't force me so I left it on. As I went into the scanner, the other lady said I needed to take it off. I came back out to take it off and the first lady laughed at me and loudly scoffed "YEP I TOLD YA SO!!!". Only one lane was open so it took 30-45 minutes to get through and then we were getting yelled at the whole time by rude TSA agents. On the first flight a rowdy group of college kids were bothering everyone but they would not quiet down even after being asked by other passengers. The flight crew didn't care and didn't do anyhting so these self-absorbed kids were treating the plane like their own private party bus. It's one thing to be inconsiderate of other people around you, but it's entirely different when you choose to be an asshole. The gate for my second flight abruptly changed and I was not notified by the airline. I was waiting at what I thought was my gate and only noticed the change when a different flight was suddenly assigned to this gate. I had to go from B terminal to C terminal in a hurry because my flight started boarding in a few minutes. When I got to the new gate the agent did not care about line procedure so he was like "ok everyone in groups 1-3 line up" and then it was a mad scramble with people complaining that people in group 3 were getting ahead of people in group 1 and other people not caring because the agent said everyone in the three groups could line up. Then the agent did the same thing for groups 4-6. Then we just sat at the gate for another half hour with no explanation before finally taking off.

They had a decent choice of cars, I chose a small jeep. The check out line was slow but they opened up more lanes as the line was building. The return: Kat checked me in when returning the car and was very quick and pleasant. Strange thing is there was an extra key fob in the jeep. I told her about it and she actually thanked me for telling her. The return shuttle process is really bad. So many people on the shuttle yet they keep adding people that are going to the plaza. They should empty the buses a little more or run more to relieve the crowds. Lots of people getting on and off. We had to shuffle around with big bags, reaching around people, some had to get off in order to let others pass. I got my receipt right away via email.
