One small complaint that may or may not be the fault of the airport: there was no staff for National Car Rental when we arrived. Candidly, there were not staff at all for any of the brands, sans one Enterprise person who seemed to be managing all the brands. The result was a bit backup of people waiting. This was the case on my arrival and it was still an issue upon departure.

Got to the airport, was going through security, and had my bag pulled aside. The TSA agents were incredibly pleasant, but they were pulling every. single. bag. aside... my bag got pulled aside for a square compact. Really???? Bag got put through security again... everything was fine... and I went on my merry way... ... then I got a notice that my flight was delayed. Fine. I went and sat in the hallway leading to Gate 6 for the extent of my delay, working away on emails for my office while I waited for my plane. Fortunately, I had enough of a buffer in Detroit to account for the layover, but getting out of Binghamton was my first flight of the day and getting quickly delayed wasn't helpful. Ugh. Parked at the airport from Friday morning until late Sunday. I can't remember what the cost was... around $20, maybe? I have no idea. By the time my flight coming home landed in Binghamton around 11:30pm on Sunday night? I was dazed, tired of Delta delays, and just wanted to be home. TL;DR The people here are pleasant, but the airport is tiny and I was delayed getting out of Binghamton for my connection in Detroit. With minimal options to get back home, I was just praying nothing would happen to my late night flight back to Binghamton from Detroit a couple days later. Ugh.

I've been to this airport twice now and have enjoyed it both times. I can see why it was voted "the…read morebest small airport". It's always very chill in here and never super crowded so it provides a really good flying experience. Food options were not super plenty full so you should eat Outside the airport if you can. Plenty of stations for water and bathroom, brakes and lots of seating for waiting. Security lines were never long and you can come here closer to your flight so you don't have to spend as much time in the airport. Pick up and drop off areas were wide open so you don't have the rose of backed up cars. Very good airport!

How are people supposed to find out what they need to know about your airport if the information isn't online AND nobody answers the phone. I mean, nobody? Ugh. Our flight was delayed 4 hours and when we finally went to check our bags they told us we weren't able to and that the flight was closed even though the plane hadn't landed yet!! They told us we could get on the plane but we just couldn't take our luggage. Which obviously makes no sense. We have flown allegiant airline for years this experience is causing us to question our willingness to fly with them again.

The main negative is some of their policy changes as of late. I hate that they got rid of their free checked bag policy. Now the majority of people shove everything in their carry ons and as a result, anyone in C boarding zone will *usually* need to check their carryon at the gate. (Ugh) Regardless, I still love to fly Southwest. Can't wait for the assigned seating tho. Not a fan of the open seating.

All i wanted was to rent a limo for a Bachelor party. i was trying to give this business my money!…read more i was coming from out of state. so after researching the area, i requested quotes from a few limo places and All American Limousine was the least expensive, by far. so i decided to give them my business. the price and everything included was great. almost too good to be true compared to other quotes in the area. i was just about to whip out my credit card and call him with my payment until he told me he wanted to send a contract via snail mail *after* i made my deposit. All i asked, was to have a contract emailed so i can sign it, scan it, and return it before any money exchanged hands. that's just how i do it in my line of business! but he absolutely insisted i give him a "non refundable" deposit before i read or signed a contract. this means when he gets my deposit, he can change the quoted price afterwards; he can change anything that was agreed to and i can't do anything to get my money back. we emailed back and fourth for 3 weeks and i got nowhere, as he kept refusing to issue a contract unless i gave him money up front. Eventually he sent a copy of what his contract would look like., but nothing was filled out, not the price, not a signature... not anything. just his companies header and blank lines. it seemed extremely shady! after growing tired with frustration, i called him only to leave a voice mail and to get no call back. then i get an email saying i waited "too long" and that he booked the limo for a prom. when it was I who was the one waiting for him!! so now, after a 3 week headache, i have nothing to show for it. i guess i am just going to have to contact someone else. unless you enjoy games and unprofessionalism, i wouldnt recommend All American Limousine. not at all

He was carrying a 4 ounce bottle of prepared milk for his son and 3 sealed liquid bottles of Pediasure. After going through a thorough check of his carryon and a body scan of himself and waiting over 10 minutes for another inspector and fear of missing his plane, Pat asked if he discarding the formula would make everything passible. He was told yes if he discarded the formula, he would be able to approach his departing gate immediately to make boarding on United Flight 1676 with less than 20 minutes to go. Is questioning sealed baby formula really making air travel safer? Please refer your policy regarding this situation.
