Very unprofessional. Called me at 3 pm my appointment was at 4 to ask me if I could come in at 5 pm. Krystal had me waiting an hour to get my eyelashes done and then rushed my eyelashes. I walked in the salon at 4:55pm was not greet. I didn't get seen by the person i booked until 5:55pm. What's the point of booking an appointment if your not gonna see the person at that time. I did not enjoy my experience. It did not seem very hygienic to me when i went, she had everything allover the place and kept placing the eyelash brush in a nook by my neck. I go here to get my hair done and love my stylist however, the lady who does the lashes is not very nice and has very poor customer service skills. She is not very friendly and does not inform you about the lash products such as which set would be best for your needs. I hate to write bad reviews but she treated me very nasty. I would not recommend her to anyone. I told her I wanted exaggerated lashes that were full and she did not give me that. She said the one I picked online was different. Ive been coming here for over a year frequently i was late because i come from 1 hour away i got a speech about it saying im messing up their business i returned anyways twice both occasions chizel did not greet me at all after i said good afternoon twice i layed down to do my lashes i was handing her the mirror and she just let me stand there holding it and took it with her back turned i said thank you twice and she did not respond . Got my lashes done by this woman July 11th. Came back in the 14th for a fix because the tech that did my eyelashes did not do them right. Not to mention that when I got there she didn't start my lashes until A HOUR LATER after my appt time. I came in for a fix she fixed it and it still fell off two days after . Me being aggravated that I travelled from Harlem to queens twice and and paid $125 For services that were not done right I complain again respectfully & asked if I can be accommodated in any way and was told the owner will call me back.
