When I first visited the office, it was a bit of a wait to be seen by DR Miller; however, he was very nice and explained everything to me. Day of, they clipped my finger and hooked me up to the monitors and began administering laughing gas, while they set up the medicine for the sedation and the other tools. I did wake up for a few minutes and felt startled but they gave me some more medicine and I ended up going back to sleep. I was drowsy for a few hours afterwards and started to feel pain once I left the office so the pain meds prescribed helped tremendously. Overall would recommend visiting this office

I came back the following week to have to wait 1/2 hr after my appt time and the patient room had all my (sterile) tools and equipment already out, open and waiting in the room. Dr. Levine not only has great bedside manner, but is a quick and painless dentist. He always made sure I was informed of my procedures, the cost, etc before starting and frequently checked to make sure I wasn't in any pain before, during, and after the procedure. In the three times that I have been here, every time has been as wonderful as the last. I've been in and out in under an hour, seen on time, been treated very, very well, and had quality dental work done. They checked my dental insurance before I got to the office and knew my policy did not cover the x-ray they needed and never contacted me to tell me beforehand and expected me to come out of pocket over $200 the same day. 3. When one of the ladies from the front desk came into the room to explain my policy to me, I asked her why no one called me to inform and I was not given an answer. It was just very matter of fact and not apologetic at all. I would suggest going somewhere else where the staff treats you better. I could tell by the way they spoke to me over the phone it wasn't the best place to go but I went against my better judgement because it was close to home.

As a new patient we filled out the usual forms including providing insurance information. Never occurred to us that the practice does not take dental insurance. A wisdom tooth extraction is a pretty common procedure. I've had all four of mine extracted at one time or another. All covered by dental insurance with no problems. My husband came out of the evaluation. Then they informed us it was 260.00 for the x-rays and that they don't take any dental insurance. Then they informed us that the procedure for all four extractions would be $3,000.00!!! I informed them that they will not be our dental surgeon. If you are rich go ahead. But at the very least this practice should tell you that they don't take dental insurance first thing. Very misleading. Bye-bye!
