Equipment is 15 years old per employee. 4 treadmills out of service. 1 a safety hazard with no out of service sign as removed by an employee. 3 elliptical machines broken. 1 for months. 2 removed permanently. So I went in to ask about the charges I was still getting and both branches told me they couldnt find me in their system. So I had to open an entirely new account. It took hours to do this but its fine since it techincally cleared the balance I was concerned about. I was actually just going to quit PF in general but then I saw an offer that said you can start an account with no contractual obligations. But then one month into this new account they charged me for a $60+ annual fee in addition to my monthly fees. So i cancelled that account knowing I just lost a lot of money for nothing basically. But then I found out the previous account was still active because I was still getting charged for it and even had late fees. So I had to contact the billing department to figure out how to locate my account so I can shut it down. Somehow they were able to find it instantly this time even though I spent hours traveling between branches and on the phone to locate it last time and nobody could find it. And I'm being told that I cant be refunded because I didn't cancel the membership depite being told earllier that my account couldn't be found. How can I cancel something if they can't find it? Anyways I still have a balance and fees to pay but I cancelled anyways and I'm not paying them because I'm never returning to this terrible gym anyways. I wish I could get all my money and time back and put it all in Vasa instead.
