The tech initially moved the appt back 30 minutes - then 3 minutes prior to that time, moved it a second time. As a result of this, they finished the job in the dark. I paid in good faith assuming the job was done. Upon inspection I realized the quality was absolutely not the standard it should have been. The "company policy" is no refunds - but they have zero problem charging full price for admittedly, a "half job". I wouldn't feel comfortable ever working with a company who has these types of standards moving forward and I think it's important others know what they can expect, too.
