The car wash was down for maintenance that morning, so I went to work and returned later that day. They must have recalibrated the brushes or something, because those brushes hit my car so hard I could feel and hear the damage. My mirrors were flipping back and forth. When I got out to inspect the car I had a huge dent on the rear driver's side bumper and several smaller dents on the roof. There were no scratches so I thought an auto body shop could pull them out. They told me they can't pull them out without chipping the paint and I would need a whole new bumper which would cost $1500.00 alone. I sent the quote and pictures to quick quack and they sent me a denial letter indicating they are not responsible for any damage caused by their carwash. This sickens me because I just bought this car. I will never use or recommend their services to anyone.

I believe the young man working there was named Allen and I didn't get the woman's name but BOTH of them on two different days have been working there and have been so helpful and kind and pleasant and happy and it just really makes a difference in your day when someone is extra friendly and helpful. To clarify, this is Randall Brothers, and apparently there are a few (?) in the area. Pretty big gas station/convenience stores, with lots of fountain drinks to choose from, and plenty of snacks. I was in and out for the gasoline, and that's about as easy as you can make it. Lots of pumps, same crummy prices as the next guy. As a side note, I'm a topper. I know that "topping off" your gas (pushing it past the point where it clicks off in search of ending on a round number) is advertised as "creating a hazardous condition" in many a warning label, but that's who I am. A topper. Be warned that, at least my pump tonight, kind of stuck a little. Combine that with the fact that even a short squeeze of the pump at these ridiculous prices blasts out at least a dime at a time, and you've got a condition tonight that hand me ending on a very non-round number. I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost.
