Immediate assistance at lanes. The wash itself is great, no side view mirror getting closed during the wash. I've known of this brand since we have it up in Minnesota. This is definitely a pricier car wash but the lowest you can do is 10$ then it goes up from there. I know they offer a monthly rate as well. I've noticed their water pressure here is usually harder than I'm used to. I like that they have vacuums for you to use as that makes it very convenient. read more

I wanted a car wash that wouldn't require me to tip at the end because I didn't have cash on me. This is the perfect spot for what I needed. The most expensive option (platinum service) is only $22. For the price it's a great deal. They have a monthly $30 membership of unlimited platinum washes. Is it the best car wash I've ever had? No. It's not the worst either, though. It's quick, even when the lines are long it stays moving, and it's cheap. On a Saturday morning it's clearly a popular spot but I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They have probably 30 bays of vacuums, the one I pulled into didn't have a functioning vacuum and the person next to me was using theirs and I didn't feel like waiting. This car wash is fast, easy, and conveniently located for me. I have a monthly membership. For $29.99/mo, I can get my car washed as often as I like. With the membership, you're afforded their highest tier car wash, which includes an under carriage wash (nice!). There's a dedicated lane for those with memberships, which always flows quickly. It's completely automatic. Their system reads my plate and the gate automatically opens. It's not a touchless wash, there's definitely brushes involved. So, for those who prefer a gentler wash, this is not it. But, it always gets my car clean and I've never noticed any damage--so the brushes are fine by me (there are even tire brushes at the end). I have had it break down one time while we were going through. But, they got it back up and running within a minute or two, so, no biggie. Oh! And, free vacuums! Get to it! read more

I didn't see any rags/towels available to finish drying off your car but you can always bring those with you to remove any first that is hidden in between the rims or the little crack. I went to get my car washed today and I saw them letting in a POS mini van that was all rusted out in front of me. I got out of line and went in to the office to talk to the manager. I was told that they let anyone in, regardless of the condition of the vehicle. She told me they use foam brushes that don't hold the rust that comes off of the vehicles. They have issues multiple times poor customer service the machines breakdown often long lines and you can't get a hold of anyone. The only reason I didn't give this location on miller park in west Milwaukee a 1 star is because they are better than jetZ car wash and scrub a dub doesn't offer an unlimited wash package. At this location the vacuums don't work almost all the time. Low power on the ones that do work. The tire shire in has ass. Even with the monthly pass the car wash is basic. In the middle of the wash the machines will cut off and have to be restarted. The best location so far has been 106th & Layton & 8th & Layton because the vacs work with full power and the complete car wash is exactly that. Visited a location in Minneapolis and they actually provided a full service detailing of my car. Didn't have to get out of car at all and they got my car looking nice. They are preferred but I'm not in Minnesota. read more

WOW! I don't usually go to car washes - I wait for it to rain. LOL. What I really needed was a super vacuum for my car so I figured I'd get a car wash and then use their free unlimited vacuum. I saw a coupon online to use if I checked in but I couldn't get it to work. I mentioned that to the gal who sends cars toward the wash. She said something about entering it for me. I figured she meant the value of the coupon and I was ready to pay the remainder. Then I asked her about paying with a debit card and she said I'm paid in full and waved me through! Today I went to this car wash. I purchased an $11.00 wash and went through. I noticed there were still dead bugs plastered on the windshield and front bumper. Told the attendent of this, and he let me get a rewash. I went through again, only to find the same bugs. I now spoke with a man who I assumed to be a manager, telling him that the problem continued and the car is not clean. He said there was only so much they could do, and I could buy an unlimited membership, or get a refund . I went through again, and while somewhat better, the windshield and front bumper still had dead bugs stuck to it. I got out of the car and removed most with my fingernail. It should not be that difficult for a new modern car wash to remove dead bugs. The fact is that this car wash does a very poor job of cleaning cars. Why would I want to buy and unlimited membership when the service fails to deliver a clean car. I could have requested a refund , but had spend to much time there already that I just wanted to leave, as I was starting to get angry. I recommend that you DO NOT wash your care at Mister Car Wash, as you will not be satisfied. My wife has also told me that she was unhappy with the Mister Car Wash on Oklahoma Avenue in Milwaukee, and had also tried three times to get her car clean, yet one side continued to be dirty and smeared. This has been my "go to" carwash, since I thought I lost my gas lid here at the beginning of the year; and the management offered to call me back after they take apart and clean for the week, and they actually did! This is the only carwash I have heard of that pride themselves, on your car being dry once you leave. If it doesn't get clean or tire treatment is not applied correctly, they have no problem sending you right back thru (smile). A clean car is a happy car. I've been to a few Mister Car Wash locations and they all have been different. The one in Cudahy is a converted Scrub-a-dub, but this site was a new build. I appreciate the powerful wash jets and the wide conveyor belt. Much easier on the wheel/tires than the traditional "rail" that most car washes still have. I have the monthly $29.99 plan and it is well worth it. I highly recommend carrying a chamois for some final touch-up drying. On my most recent visit, the vacuums were completely ineffective, which sucked - that is, it sucked because the vacuums were not sucking. After reading other reviews, this sounds like a regular occurrence. I was very disappointed as I believe that a car is not clean unless the inside is clean too. I will admit that this site has an amazing amount of vacuums. On any incredibly busy day, there are almost always enough vacuums to go around. Great location for a car wash! The good and the bad. Was really excited to see this business open when moving back from Phoenix Arizona, as the model is same as one very popular and economical there. My past experiences with car washes here in Milwaukee had been pretty marginal, especially when it came to vacuum performance and cleanliness of the vacuum/drying area. The price here is considerably higher, but maybe it is because of winter and salt here. Also, no outside sink to rinse wipes,etc. but again, maybe because it is cold here. I have done the 15 minute drive here thinking it was worth it. So time had gone by and although the washing of the car is still fine.....the rest has really gone down hill. More and more of the vacuums don't work, the trash is overflowing and there are no products to purchase in the vending machines if wiping and glass items are desired. There is no one in the area to respond to these needs either. One would thing the team could easily check each vacuum each day and empty the trash. Seriously considering finding something closer to home and vacuum and detail in the garage. Too bad. read more

Got the $12.00 car wash, and when I went to use the vacuums after, I noticed a pink streak along the side of my car. When I called them after to complain, they did nothing and kept saying nothing in their car wash would have caused it. I went the next day to show them but the guy I talked to on the phone wasn't even there. Sent a comment on their website - nothing. Bug and debris still on the front of my car. Not a touchless car wash either. My poor experience could have easily been rectified with BETTER customer service. But I did not receive anything close to that. I went here on a particularly busy day. There was a break in cold weather, and nearly the whole city of Milwaukee decided to get their car washed. Regardless, I found Mister to be efficient in directing cars and despite the long line I was in and out. However, on busy days, they seem to speed up your turn through the was to the point that it removed absolutely no dirt from my car. I appreciate free use of the vacuums, but it seems to be a mute point when the exterior of the car is not able to get cleaned. read more
