I got the milk cream bread, kimchi croquette, mango cloud cake slice, and a tiramisu latte. Service is pretty flat usually since it's mostly self-service. My drink did come out very quick and tasted perfect. It's nice to have a TLJ up this way so I'll definitely be back soon.

Alma has a better flow than Amla, but who am I to judge someone else's language? In this case Amla means sweet in Albanian. Amla is a brand new cafe and they offer freshly made crapes, self serve frozen yogurt, sandwiches, coffee and drinks. The inside is very colorful with large pictures of their offerings and pretty cool wall and ceiling art indicating the frozen yogurt area. The most unique aspect of Amla are their tables. The tables are entirely interactive, you may view the full menu and play games. This is a great way to keep kids sitting while the adults are having their coffee. We ordered some coffees, a strawberry Nutella crepe and a chocolate milkshake. I got the Fruity Pebbles Latte off of their specials menu. The wait for the coffees was very long. I understand they are very new and still working on their flow, but at one point their entire staff was behind the counter at the same time looking to balance out the orders. It was a few minutes later when our order was finally brought out. As expected the Fruity Pebbles Latte was very sweet, it was very tasty, I genuinely enjoyed it. The crepe was stuffed with plenty of strawberries and Nutella, it was thin, just how my mom makes it. The crepe was a winner. One note about the utensils; The crepe was served on a proper plate, with very weak plastic utensils, the kind that bend and snap with the slightest pressure. Real silverware would be appreciated. The staff was very apologetic for the long wait, that they brought over a Pistachio Croissant on the house. It was very generous, I told them I understood the wait, and I enjoyed everything. This croissant was soft and flaky filled with delectable pistachio cream. There are so many tasty goods to try at Amla, I will be back.

They were all SOOO GOOD! The bread is so soft and the flavors were delicious. They have lots of fun seasonal drinks, caffeinated and non-caffeinated. They also have boba! I got an ube banana latte and my friend got their seasonal Coquito latte which was recommended. Both were delicious (and very strong). The service was immaculate. I didn't catch the cashier's name but she was younger with brown hair. The sweetest person ever! Definitely made the experience more enjoyable. I received my food. It even had to be heated. And I had to wait 10 minutes for them to give me my black iced coffee. Even though there are only two or three people waiting in the drink area. And that was after I said something. So who knows how long it would have taken. This isn't because of lack of effort. The baristas were doing things. They're making lots of drinks. But it's not clear for whom. They finish the drinks and they don't call people's names. Maybe they're for to go orders? I understand that restaurants need to make choices about how they run things. All I can say is, that it's not a good experience to get all of your food and you have to wait for a black iced coffee (a drink that takes very minimal effort) for 10 minutes. Even though you're one of only a few people in the drink area. I'm not going to change my review score. But these experiences definitely affect how often I visit.
