My husband turned off our main water valve for an instillation he was doing, and in the process,…read morethe handle to the valve broke off, three feet underground. This happened on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. My husband called several places, and we found out that we needed to have the concrete cut and removed before they could perform the work. There are only a couple of companies in Central Oregon who have the ability to cut concrete, and it took them five days to come out. Then we were told it would be at least two more days for anyone to be able to come dig the hole out so a plumber could get down there to fix it. Scott heard we had been out of water for days, and he and his son came out the following day, in 20 degree weather. They dug out the hole and fixed the valve, upgrading the original shoddy materials with durable materials so this never happens again, and all of that in less than five hours. We are beyond thrilled with the work Scott and Kyle did and will use them again if we ever need plumbing work done. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

And when my husband tried to turn the water back on, the valve was stuck. It was mid-afternoon and I quickly looked for a plumber who could at least get the water on before evening. I called Gordon Plumbing and Scott said he could be over as soon as he wrapped up a job. He came over, got the water back on, then checked out the hose bib. He didn't have a new hose bib in his truck, but said he could come by the next day and replace it. He did that, and everything went smoothly. Great customer service and I'm sure we'll contact Gordon Plumbing next time we need a plumber.

We had another plumber come out to repair a leaking bath faucet and was told it wasn't repairable…read more We called Dave at Renew and he had me send pics of the problem so he could review what needed to be done before he came the next day. He ordered the parts and came out and repaired the faucet in a very timely manner. Works great. Also noticed toilet running and replaced flapper as part of his full service!! He also diagnosed our Kohler kitchen sink and replaced a cartridge for us. In addition he said to call Kohler for another part that they will send for free rather than us paying him to do it. Pricing for repairs was reasonable, especially because we thought we were going to have to replace entire faucet in bathtub by tearing out tile to get to controls.
