Can't say enough positive things about my experience. First of all, everything is crazy and despite not being able to go in and look in the store, I felt completely supported and guided the whole time. Carson was awesome walking me through everything from financing options to tub choices, and when it came time to get everything set up he organized the contractor, electrician, delivery, set up, and all was done perfectly and around my schedule! Amazing crew came to unload and set up and they didn't scratch my gate or mess up my yard and were great. And I loved working with everyone he connected me to; great contractor and electrician! I bought my Caldera hot tub from Water Works almost a year ago and my wife and I use it almost every day. Buying it was a great decision, and buying it from Water Works was as well. I don't use them for my routine maintenance, but they are always really helpful in answering my questions, providing me with supplies, and dispatching service reps when I had any kind of issue. I visited a lot of different local spa stores in the Bend area before deciding on using Water Works and I'm confident they are as good or better in terms of both pricing and service than any of the others. My Spa was purchased from Water Works back in 2006, and they have done a wonderful job maintaining it since! Everyone at the office is extremely helpful, professional, and quick to respond. Recently the spa stopped heating, and within the same day they had found the faulty relay on the circuit board... soldered in a new one... and had the spa working again! Wish i could go 2 1/2. Three stars because they treated my brother well, were very friendly and helpful on initial diagnosis. Needed a part that has been discontinued so had to find replacement part. After about a week I called them and they said they had found one. Almost a Month later i called again and was told as soon as part arrives they will come on and install. Another Month goes by and I call again, the guy who was helping us was on vacation but lady on phone says a part was never ordered for our address. She said the guy would be back Monday and call us. He did call Tuesday and basically said " yeah they never sent it" I then said we could just order one ourselves and he agreed...okay don't want our business?. Then said they can order and see if it shows up. I waited two Months for a part that was either never ordered or they didn't really care that it didn't show up. I am not mad, things happen but i really don't like being left in the dark for 2 months for nothing. I know I could have called more to check on it but I shouldn't have to. Just let customer know what's going on. I will not use them in the future but won't tell others not to. If you do just keep on top of what's going on. I had to drop to two stars. Was thinking today would be the perfect day to chill in the hot tub but I can't. I felt it is a disservice to an establishment that I would give 3 stars. 3 is average service this was not. purchased hot tub 7-8 years ago from Water Works, supposed to last a long time with little or no problems, according to W. W. owner. Piece of junk. Water directional parts fell apart and were recalled and should have been replaced under warranty but we never received a call. After warranty expired they made feeble effort to act interested. Bearing goes out twice last year, replaced and just went ahead and billed us twice. I did not pay for both. Bearing has gone out before. Owner says motor lousy. Great. He sold it to us, he should know. My partner has spa at home that has had no problems in 12 years. Owner seems like nice guy. Maintenance and repair guys good and friendly. Service repair prompt, we know, we have needed it many times. Just our experience. read more

The staff here is great. They have been maintaining our spa for more than ten years now. We have bought two spas from them without issue. The key with the staff is that when there is an issue with your spa, they are on it. It sounds simple enough. However the reality is most spa service providers fail when you need them the most. The service is good and the techs are friendly but I am disappointed in their customer service with regards to billing. I called to get a quote a couple months ago for a set-up fee and was told $65 for the set-up and $55 for bi-weekly service. I thought this was great and set an appointment to have them come out to set it up and have them service it. They set up my hot tub and came out every other week like agreed to for 2 months. I got my first bill this week and the set-up fee was $110. I thought they might have made a mistake and called to inquire. The guy I spoke with was very rude when I told him I was quoted $65 for a set-up fee and my bill showed $110. He acted like I was out of line for calling and asking questions about my bill. He rudely explained that the extra $45 was for a filter. I told him that I was not told when I set up the appointment or during the set-up, that I might be charged for a filter and that filters are not included in the set-up fee or service fee. Watching them come out for 5-10 minutes at a time, every other week to service it, only to check the chemicals and add chlorine if needed, it seemed a filter would be included in either the set-up fee or service fee. I explained that if I was told at the time of set-up or over the phone when setting up the appointment that I would be charged $45 (double) for a filter that I could buy at Walmart or on Amazon for half the price I would have just bought a filter myself, he arrogantly said, "Good luck with that!" I immediately cancelled the service after I was treated the way I was. I wouldn't have an issue with Waterworks if I was told up front about the extra charge which I probably would have paid and especially if I wasn't talked to the way I was when I called to ask about the inflated set-up fee. I think its bad business to have horrible customer service, hidden fees and not inform the consumer ahead of time what they are paying for. Especially if they are quoted something different and the actual service they do does not seem to add up to the fee they're charged for maintenance. I would not recommend Waterworks to anyone because of their poor customer service, hidden fees and minimal service they do provide for the money they charge. The techs that did come to service my tub were knowledgeable and friendly, that's the only good thing about Waterworks. read more

We purchased a spa from the Sunriver store and the staff has been very nice but the whole process has been somewhat chaotic.It took 3 trips out to set up our spa and get it running and we still haven't received the promised chemicals as stated in the contract. Why weren't they delivered on the first visit? We still haven't been able to use the spa even though it was delivered 10 days ago. We never received a call to notify us when they were coming which may have helped speed up the process. All in all a nice product but the service needs improving. read more

Friendly, helpful and didn't charge us a dime!. We recently bought a house and they had sold the previous owners the hot tub back in '08. These people looked up the sale and gave us all kinds of advice on how to service our hot tub and spent a lot of time to do it knowing they weren't going to make a dime. They even offered to send their guy out to look at things if we needed more help. They know their stuff and are generous about sharing their expertise. read more
