The reason for our giving them only a 3-star rating is that, when our four grandchildren ordered cones of soft-serve and two asked for cups in case the ice cream started to fall, we were charged twenty-six cents per cup for the cups. This is the first place that we have ever seen that charges for the cup when a child gets an ice cream cone and it seems both cheap (although $0.26 for less than a nickel's worth of plastic is not cheap) and very customer unfriendly. At least they didn't charge extra for the paper napkins. Should we return in the future, we will be sure to bring our own plastic cups.
