They wouldn't own up to what they did, gave me a bad catalytic converter, and i had to pay for another one. I unfortunately had to bring my car back because if the warranty, and the check engine light coming back on because of it, and when i got my car back, my car was shaking ahain and it was not shaking initially. These guys have no idea what they are doing, dont take accountability, fast talk to try to grt you to believe that they didnt mess up. Stay away!!!!!

Today I found out first hand why the place has mostly horrible reviews, with a few good ones mixed in (which I'm sure they begged for). The desk jockey, Wayne, worked on my car, not the actual mechanic. I wasn't happy with the quality of the work, and so as I was paying, I very quietly said that I think it'll be my last visit there. As soon as I said that, the mechanic (I think his name is Scott), who was sitting in the lobby like a bump on a log, basically went off on me. First, he criticized my car, then he proceeded to criticize me for buying the car. He also mentioned that what I needed was a body man, not a mechanic. If that's the case, why didn't they mention that from the very beginning. Then, after giving Scott a piece of my mind, I discovered that the power window no longer works. It was fine when I brought it in. Because I expressed my mind, Wayne refused to even take a look at the window, and basically sent me down the road a very unhappy customer. I'm thinking about small claims court just to get the labor expenses back, or at least try.

I'm sorry but Wayne does not listen to anything and I told him and the owner that I was coming in there because I was having a short in my car. Both headlights were out one of the back tail lights, and the radio would turn off and on the freeway. The radio still turns off and on, my light is already burning out because they put two new ones in, and they said that they had to take off the bumper just to put in the headlights, well as you can see in the pictures my bumper was not even put on right. I'm going to be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and the attorney General's office. I've done quite a bit of research and this is Who you have to contact if you have been scammed.
