It did take some follow up on Monday to figure out when it would be done, but eventually got the car back and all the warning lights were off and it's been working well for a few months now. Overall I'm happy. Communication could be better, but glad we found a mechanic who could fix the issue with reasonable cost.

They also saved my oil so I wouldn't get charged more. $95 for that service. Great place and I most certainly recommend over any other shops in town.
