They gave me a time frame of how long my vehicle would be at the shop, which seemed a bit long at first but there was a lot of work to be done and parts needed to be ordered so that's fair. They finished early which was wonderful! It's been a few weeks since my vehicle was repaired, and I feel like an excellent job was done as not only are my former issues gone but there are no new sounds or squeaks as have happened previously with other shops. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I definitely will use Safe Auto Repair for future repairs and will recommend them as they were recommended to me.

A day or two after I got it back I noticed the power steering wasn't working properly. Frustration gripped me tighter than Homer Simpson strangling his kid. I didn't want to use the same mechanic, especially after hearing one of them used my truck to get their lunch, after I was told it was in a test drive. Then I found this mobile mechanic.
