Walked in to get oil change and front end alignment. Reasonable timing in getting done and customer service was excellent. My truck drives great again and the wait wasn't all that bad. Manager Moe is a smooth talker and not afraid to upcharge. Went in for routine maintenance and asked them to inspect for some noise and a wiper nozzle. Got a call hours later saying they had just gone ahead and fixed the nozzle and were charging me twice the quoted price. No prior approval of the repair. After showing me pictures he thought were "proof" of why they charged so much, he admitted the repair took less than 30 minutes and they had dozens of the cheap plastic part they used. Ended up negotiating down to half the price but was still overcharged. After getting car back two plastic fasteners were left detached and sitting under the engine. Had to get the car lifted again to find the pieces and reinstall them. Mechanic left greasy spots on steering wheel, door handle, and hood. Unprofessional and sneaky business practices, not recommended. read more

I came in close to closing for an oil change. They got me in and out in 20 minutes. The price I paid for a synthetic oil change was less than those quick change places charge with a coupon. So I brought my truck in to get the front struts replaced the shop manager first day came out looked at my truck and said no issue they could do it the following Monday. I brought the truck in he quoted me 890.00 to replace struts. they called and told me they had found some other issues and would need to replace one control arm and drivers side bearing and hub. The price changed to 1800.00 and then they called back and said they could not do the struts they a special order and would be 900.00 each. They did not do the struts and still charged me 900.00 bucks. I picked the truck up brought home and lifted the front of truck to inspect work. I am a mechanic and normally do all my on work so during the inspection 1. I found they had took my rain guards off both side and did not put them back on. 2. The front wheel that they said had bad bearing turns out to be dragging brake rotor. Caliper Bracket had the studs stuck and needed to be replaced. 3. The brakes pads were dragging and had heat check and cracks in them. 4. I replaced that rotor and installed new brake pads. 5. The struts still need to be replaced and im out 900.00 bucks for nothing. Final: I would recommend bringing any vehicle to these guys they have not got a clue what there doing and as far as i could see they are rip off artist. Not gonna lie, I came here solely because of the good Yelp reviews and I am so glad that I did. I've officially found my new mechanic shop. It's like finding the perfect nail salon or hairdresser. A girl just needs a good mechanic. What I like is that they don't blow smoke up your butt. They tell you how much it's gonna be and that is what you're gonna pay. They did an excellent job on my oil change and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The two men who helped me were extremely friendly and helpful and they didn't try to rob me blind because I'm a female. My car sounds and is driving as good as new. Just what I like. read more

Of course I got the wrong size, but In just a few minutes I got the right parts from them, installed, inspection done and out for a reasonable price. Manager stayed late to make sure my vehicle was inspected. I hand't noticed that my insurance company had sent me the wrong insurance cards so I had to call them up and get them to send cards with the current term dates via email. By the time they did it was past six. The manager was very patient and helped me leave with what I needed. Recommended. read more

My 2012 Altima was completely turning off while I was driving and after talking to friends I was expecting to pay a hefty price to get a new crankshaft. After bringing my car here I was pleasantly surprised that it was not my crankshaft and in fact just bad cables connected to my battery and my car was not getting enough Voltage. Very happy I brought my car here as it was fixed in less than a hour and instead of just agreeing it was the crankshaft and taking my money, they told me the truth and fixed it for much less. I'm always weary of mechanics finding other stuff wrong and trying to make more money so I'm very happy I found a honest shop that didn't take advantage of my ignorance. Started coming here because of the good reviews, that was around 4 years ago and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Moe and his cousin are straight up with every job they've done on my cars. They're not the cheapest but they're not the most expensive either, it's a fair price, plus they go the extra mile to explain in detail what you need and why. They've never tried to sell me something I don't need. A long time ago I took my car in for an oil change and on the way home it was leaking oil! All the way from down the street. I parked it in my drive way and called them. They immediately apologized, and assured me they would fix it. I had to go to work but they said they would come to my house, I watched them when they got there from my cameras, they jacked up my car and changed my oil again right there. They cleaned everything up and found out that their oil tech had forgotten to put in the gasket for the oil plug. They even cleaned the street and left me some absorb all in case it still leaked a little. Fast forward a few years my transmission goes out and I call them, they're honest and said it sounded like it was job they weren't equipped to handle so they referred me to someone that could do it. And just recently my engine had a rocker gone bad and it had to be taken apart they fixed everything and it's running like new. In summary I appreciate the honesty and fairness of their work. I have never had a problem with them or the work they've done with my cars. read more

I've been using the same mechanic to work on 3 of my vehicles for several years. I returned a few weeks ago for a simple car inspection to find to my disappointment he was no longer there. So imagine my surprise when I found the business by accident on yesterday! My car's AC went out fellow Texans you get it. I made a turn on W. Baker trying to locate something else and found a new auto repair place so I thought it was "Express Auto and Lube" they've relocated from Garth Rd. to W. Baker Rd. It was like winning the "Service Lottery". The former technician "Kevin" who has taken care of my vehicles was not there; I'm told he's now at the N. Main store. The new technician "Chris" is a gem! I watched him handle customer after customer with grace, a smile and attention to details. Want attention to details when he moved my car he noticed the genre of music I was listening to and came into the reception area and updated Pandora for my listening entertainment! My AC is working, blowing cooler than before "LOL", he's very knowledgeable, the fees were reasonable, and the new facility's esthetics is great! I reached home to find my teenage son on the phone with Triple A one of his belts had come off. I phoned Chris his words "get it here before 3p and I'll take care of and they did"!
