I had immediate relief after only one visit. After a few months, all of my symptoms and complaints have improved significantly. I'm sticking to an herb regimen and I see Clare twice a month. I would say that I am now pretty much pain-free, which is a MAJOR improvement. It's amazing to have a health care professional who really listens to you and works with you to resolve the root of your problem(s). I highly recommend Clare to anyone who has any kind of health issue that more traditional medicine has been unable to help you with.

She is a knowledgeable and skilled practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, expert at everything from inserting needles, to finding and massaging trigger points, to performing gua sha, to prescribing Chinese herbs and Western supplements. She is highly intelligent and a careful, systematic thinker. Linguistically, she does everything from reading "The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine" (the bible of acupuncture) in the original Chinese to providing precise, lucid explanations of the scientific basis of her treatments, making good use of her PhD in physiology and pharmacology. But, most strikingly, she is incredibly kind and caring, with a quiet charisma, confidence, and generosity of spirit that made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and very well taken care of. I recommend her.

In response to my review, Jennifer Parks of Jade Star writes, "we believe this review may not be…read morefrom an actual patient of our clinic." Let it sink in. They waited more than a year to respond to my review, and at this point, they can't figure out who I am, so they are essentially accusing me of deceit. Jennifer Parks is so dense that she can't comprehend how normal and unremarkable it might be for a woman to be known by more than one name, and to use one of her names for her banking and another of her names for social media. It's a completely legitimate thing that women do all the time. What, does Jennifer Parks want women to bring their birth certificates and their wedding certificates and other documentation to prove who they are before she will accept a yelp review of her business as valid, like Republicans want women to do before they can vote? After all, one of your practitioners goes by both Lily and Susan. Does that mean she's not an actual staff member of Jade Star Acupuncture? Why and how would I make up the sorts of details provided in my 2024 review? Was it or was it not standard practice in the first half of 2024 for your practitioners to step out of the room at the beginning of session, to give the patient a few moments of privacy to disrobe as necessary and get settled on the table? Have you asked all the practitioners who worked for you in the first half of 2024 if they ever demanded that a client put her hair in a ponytail before she would provide a treatment? Think about what this says about Jade Star Acupuncture, about their recording keeping, about their attention to client feedback, and about their ethics. Jennifer Parks, shame on you for trying to weasel out of my thoroughly honest and legitimate review of your crappy business. Unless you're willing to return a significant portion of the $812 total I paid you for my initial session and 11 sessions thereafter, I have no interest in contacting you.

Monday, no call, so I called and left a 2nd message that day. It is now Wednesday morning and no one has bothered to call me back. They have a prompt that rings through for a worker again, but that didn't go through either time. Either they are closed or have bad management In place. A shame because both my wife and I have used them in the past with good results. 1star for very poor customer service/ follow through.

Her cupping technique, knowledge, community clinic pricing is the best in town! We cherish and deeply appreciate her & Qilosophy! She is one of our go-to acupuncture clinics in Tucson! It's affordable, very inviting, clean ,cozy (private curtained cubicles in a community acupuncture setting) and her treatments are truly healing. I personally love her bedside manner, her kindness, warm smile, humor and deep empathy that she shares with her clients is heartfelt. Our family cannot recommended her enough! We have seen Stephanie for a variety of pain, hormonal imbalances, TMJ, IBS, etc. I have never felt such results so quickly and long lasting. She is a true healer and am incredibly grateful. I have also seen Becca for a shoulder issues and wow. She too is an incredible healer with magic hands. I'm not a huge fan of massage, but Becca's medical message is like nothing I've experienced before. It was incredibly beneficial and saw her several times. When I was in the thick of it, I would see Stephanie for the acupuncture first followed by Becca. Best thing I ever did for myself. My husband has degenerative disc disease and Stephanie has allowed him to function with very little pain like nothing has helped him in the past. Last year he was in the mountains.'it was cold and wet. His back seized up and Stephanie was able to see him right away when he got back to Tucson. After 1.5 hrs of cupping and acupuncture, he was good as new. I wish acupuncture and the other offerings at Qilosophy were a norm in our culture. We'd have a whole lot of people feeling much better. Just grateful Tucson offers more acupuncture and healing spaces then any cornice lived in before. Stephanie, Becca and Qilosophy are special and probably have no idea how much they helped me get through one of my darkest times. Oh! The old space was amazing! The new space is equally as amazing!

After a couple of sessions, I've already felt my pain subside and I can tell that I will feel back to normal again soon. I highly recommend Kym for acute or chronic pain in your muscles, joints or nerves. Liferoot Accupuncture also provides other services too.
