Stephanie has helped my husband and I more than I can say. It's affordable, so we can actually go regularly and as needed to experience results. We have seen Stephanie for a variety of pain, hormonal imbalances, TMJ, IBS, etc. I have never felt such results so quickly and long lasting. She is a true healer and am incredibly grateful. I have also seen Becca for a shoulder issues and wow. She too is an incredible healer with magic hands. I'm not a huge fan of massage, but Becca's medical message is like nothing I've experienced before. It was incredibly beneficial and saw her several times. When I was in the thick of it, I would see Stephanie for the acupuncture first followed by Becca. Best thing I ever did for myself. My husband has degenerative disc disease and Stephanie has allowed him to function with very little pain like nothing has helped him in the past. Last year he was in the mountains.'it was cold and wet. His back seized up and Stephanie was able to see him right away when he got back to Tucson. After 1.5 hrs of cupping and acupuncture, he was good as new. I wish acupuncture and the other offerings at Qilosophy were a norm in our culture. We'd have a whole lot of people feeling much better. Came down with an upper respiratory system infection and a bilateral ear infection. Extremely congested and totally deaf, I was desperate to feel better. I had always wanted to try cupping and read on Qilosophy's website that cupping was great for congestion. I knew I had to try it! Since I was unable to hear anything, I couldn't call and make an appointment, figured I could drop by and see if she had any walk in openings! Much to my surprise Sylvia did!!! She is amazing! This place is amazing. I purchased the March special of the 5/$90 sessions and am so happy that I did! I work out 6X a week and am also a pole fitness instructor. I have been training for competition the past few months and have some pretty unbearable soreness in my upper back/neck. I've gone in twice now for fire cupping and acupuncture and it has significantly helped my healing process. I really appreciate stephanie's attention to customer satisfaction. After my second fire cupping treatment I was feeling a little sore and she made sure to massage out the tender muscles from the cupping and even rubbed some CBD salve on them! I have always had back "discomfort" but recently it has started getting worse. Qilosophy was highly recommended by my boss and I was able to book a same day 90 min massage appointment with Tessa. She was super welcoming and friendly and worked places that I didn't even know needed work. She was attentive to my comfort level and areas of need while also delivering a relaxing and soothing massage. The location is central and close to work which is super convenient, especially with same day appointments. It's quiet and quaint inside and features some awesome artwork. This was our first experience with acupuncture and thankfully it has been a great one! I have always had an irrational blind faith in acupuncture and have wanted to try it but never had a real reason to. Unfortunately, my boyfriend had severe sciatic pain a couple of weeks ago and after getting no relief from two a day appointments with his chiropractor, I decided to set an appointment for him here and hope for the best. After a week of sporadic sessions with Stephanie there was a very noticeable difference in pain and mobility for him. This is a studio located in the strip mall on the corner of 6th and Tucson, with some great local neighbors. Stephanie is professional but welcoming and made us feel at ease right away. This place is wonderful. I had injured myself pretty bad after jumping off of a roof like a fool, lol not really a fu (it was all for the frisbee dude. ;) but you know my ability to walk normal was lost for about two weeks. When i visited Qilosophy they healed me, by the wonderful treatment of acupuncture. The staff was so kind & the vibes of the place was as peaceful as can be. They did such a great job. It was a perfect healing experience in a time when physical healing was needed the most. Truly miraculous my opinion. Stephanie Nelson's acupuncture at Qilosophy has made an enormous difference in my quality of life. I originally went to work with her more than five years ago for seasonal allergies that were completely out of control and making me miserable (even with daily over-the-counter allergy medications). Within a few weeks Stephanie had my allergies managed to the point that I barely remembered they were an issue and no longer took over-the-counter allergy medications. She then help me work with menstrual cramps that were debilitatingly painful and again Stephanie worked her magic and I no longer had to struggle with overwhelming cramps. Over the years I have gone to see her for everything from knee pain to PTSD, and have had remarkable results. I work in the mental health field and frequently refer my clients to her for managing mood issues like depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I am so happy to have discovered acupuncture at Qilosophy. A friend referred me after I had a prolonged hospital stay for gastroparesis and I have had tremendous results.
