Service sucked because of this girl Katherine drawdy. My mom, sister and I went through the drive…read morethrough and this girl seemed so rude- she was pushy like 'what else do you want- is that it?' Real rude. So we pull up and see her and she don't even look at us, she looks out of it like on drugs or something- rude! Well we pull to the next window and we talk to a manager and he only says 'there's nothing I can do, sorry I'll try to fix it' Crazy

In the restaurant industry, you're going to have food waste. That's part of the business. Food sits…read moretoo long, coffee gets old, and sometimes things need to be thrown out and remade. What you don't do is decide that instead of taking the loss, you'll just serve it to the customer anyway. Yet that seems to be the standard at this Wendy's. I don't know why I keep stopping here on the weekends, because the food is consistently subpar, all the way down to the beverages. And seriously, how do you screw up a beverage? I've gotten crusty breakfast burritos here that the tortilla practically turned to dust when I tried to pick them up. Today it was potato wedges that were barely warm and coffee that was lukewarm at best. And you know this isn't just one employee overlooking something when the person working the drive-through actually holds the coffee in their hand before handing it to you. The second that cup hit my hand, I knew it wasn't anywhere near hot enough to contain fresh coffee. If I can tell immediately, so can the employee handing it to me. They served it anyway. That tells me there's a culture here where serving old, cold, dried-out food is apparently considered acceptable as long as someone is willing to take it through the drive-through window. And while we're at it, can someone explain the drive-through operation? You have two windows. You routinely have customers skip the first window, pay at the second, and then immediately tell them to pull forward and park along the sidewalk so someone can bring the food out later. What exactly do you think the purpose of having two drive-through windows is? The entire point is to keep orders moving through the line, not funnel everyone through one window and then turn the sidewalk into a waiting area. One bad visit happens. A bad item happens. But when the food is repeatedly cold, stale, dried out, or obviously past the point when it should have been served, that's not bad luck. That's how the restaurant is being run. Stop serving customers food that should have gone in the trash.
