Customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. When I brought my concerns to management, they refused to take responsibility or make any effort to resolve the issue. Instead, I was told, "I wasn't there, so I can't help you," which left me feeling completely dismissed as a customer. Good customer service starts with listening and trying to find a solution, not avoiding accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping at this location. Large clothing and home goods store. The layout is typical of most Kohl's. I dont feel it flows very well. Items are usually sectioned in different areas across main walkways. The prices at Kohl's can be quite high but they usually have great sales. I usually only shop when I can get the 30% off. Plus you can shop during Kohl's cash days and get $10 for every $50 you spend. Josh A. who checked us out was extremely nice and helpful. This location was very clean. Let me start off by saying the employees were fantastic. I truly felt sorry for the young man that was helping us. He was not equipped nor trained to help. Started off that my mom wanted to buy some shoes. They didn't have her size so we asked the employee if there was a kiosk where we could buy on line. He said yes and warned us that the screen freezes and the other one at customer service is broken. We went over and proceeded to order. Make a long story short..... not only did it freeze up on us once but the scanner was broke and we finally got through the process and receipt wouldn't print out. This store is poorly managed. Think about it. This is a Point if Sale machine. how many sales has this location lost because this machine wasn't functioning. We came pretty close to walking out and going somewhere else but I really wanted to ensure my mom got her shoes. Came in to do some Christmas shopping with my own large tote bag since they don't have the big kohl's shopping totes anymore and pushing a shopping cart around the small isles is a pain in the ass. Got several items that I spent a long time taking pictures and talking to my friends about and deliberately and obviously put in my large, floppy, and OPEN tote bag. Had 3 employees come up to me and ask if I needed help finding anything, which I did but they didn't know anything about the merchandise and couldn't help me. Then one employee- maybe a manager helped me find what I was looking for on a clearance rack, which I added to my tote. She then came back 30 seconds later and asked where I had put the item and I pointed to it in my large bag. In an extremely rude and accusatory tone she said I couldn't "conceal my items and that was shoplifting". Shoplifting by definition means failing to pay for merchandise. This is how I shop at every single store I go to because it's easier and safer than using a possibly COVID infected bulky cart. Really, for me, it is a 2-1/2 Star place these days. The prices are good. The place is a mess. At least that's true of the men's department. I used to love stopping in to pick up clearance items. No more. The clothing is not organized in any way. Even the sizes on the hangars are wrong--way wrong. My friends feel the same way. When I tell management about it, they say the weekend was crazy, and they need time to clean up. They have said that on Monday afternoon. They have said that on Wednesday. They have no credibility anymore. The only time you'll find me stopping in anymore is when there is a sale on something I want, And I have a 30% off coupon. read more

Well I give kohls a 5 star rating. I always walk out of there happy and saved a ton of money. I read some of the complaints about there being clothes on the floor, we'll I see that at every department store I've been in. The staff are doing the best they can. It's not their fault the people that knocked them down in the first place were to lazy to pick them up themselves. From the moment I walked through the door I wanted to leave. The woman at the register gave me and my fiance the worst go to hell look I had ever seen on a retail associate. Went into the store on a mission to check out their suit seperates sections. Went to the young men's big and tall area to find NOTHING of what I needed. So I asked an associate for help. She was so sweet walked us over to the formal wear area and man they were having some good sales but it was still EXPENSIVE! We ended up not finding anything and left. read more

This location has a decent selection of clothing although the size selection is never really good. The one thing that drives me insane every time I come here is the gross couch that spreads the wall in the fitting area. It's been this way for over a year or two. It's like inviting company over to your home for a big party and not cleaning your toilet after explosive diarrhea... It's just gross. I was trying to find a nice place for clothing for my daughter and myself. Someone suggested to me to go to Kohl's because they have a huge variety of almost everything for reasonable prices. I decided to go one day and I was VERY disappointed on how small the plus size section was. It was off in the corner all by it's self like they are above selling plus size clothing. Now the variety of the smaller sizes was huge. I found it very unsettling that a store brand of that size would not have a bigger variety for plus size. I went shopping this evening to spend my 20.00 Kohls cash I received from a prior purchase. I purchased 3 items tonight that even included a ring. I used my 20.00 Kohls cash, I had a 30% off entire purchase coupon, used my Kohl's card and received a discount, and had another 20% off jewelry. I saved 120.00 and spent 16.00. Now that is my kind of store. I do have to say the customer service I receive each time I shop at Kohl's is the best. I shop here all the time. Best deals in town. Kohl's is a hit or miss for us. We either find something we like or nothing at all. I will say that I have been pleased with some of their sale prices on picture frames and clothing. I also returned a pair of jeans I bought and wore once a year later without any problem what so ever! The shoe department is a mess and never has anything that is worth while. read more

If I could give them a zero I would! Two weeks ago I was in this store in the linen department. I pulled a comforter off a shelf and the entire shelf came down and landed on my lower leg. I thought it was broken at first but was covered in blood. I ask my son and mother to help me get it off- an employee stood and watched the entire event. The shelf was not secured to the brackets of the shelf at all. We made it to the jewelry department where the girl behind the counter ask what had happened. She proceeded to tell me that I couldn't leave that the injury had to be reported to management and she called a manager. We stayed there for 20 minutes while blood dropped down my leg waiting for a manager- no one ever came. Horrible experience in what was my favorite store. Shame on you kohls! read more

The location of this store is excellent and there is always plenty of parking. I wish there were more lights in the parking lot, but over all, not bad. Kohl's, in general, can be a bit pricey for your wardrobe basics So be sure you're hitting a good sale, which happens fairly frequently, or else you'll get duped into paying way too much where the price and quality aren't comparable. I would say they are 50/50 on keeping the aisles clear; some are great while others have displays that are just into big for the space given. The staff here is just ok; not rude, but definitely not friendly. We came across numerous associates that didn't even acknowledge us but when we had to ask where something was, the lady was nice. There are a lot of options to sift through, so I think they need to replan the layout of their merchandise because it's all pretty crammed in there without any elbow room. But that could also be fixed by having someone on top of the task of keeping things tidier. A lot of departments reminded me of a teenagers bedroom after they were told to clean it; semi-neat piles of this and that where there's zero organization, but you could see the floor. Over all, I'd go back because sometimes their sales are pretty epic. read more
