I was in the area so I looked online first and saw they had Instant Power Bio-Enzymatic Drain Sticks that "prevent clogs and eliminate odors". Perfect!! I snagged 4 packages and there was one left. I walked around and looked at some decent doormats with different designs, sizes and materials from Sisal to rubber and cloth. They didn't have the design I was looking for so I walked around and looked at other items. It's been awhile since I've been here and passed by a couple aisle with Carharrt clothes! That was new! Looked at some car cleaning products too and took a photo to see what has good reviews before I purchase. The gal at the checkout stand was pretty helpful while I used the self-checkout register and even offered to zip my backpack as she saw it wasn't completely closed. I appreciated that. Box was damaged. Opened and inspected and small dent at bottom. Options were to take it with a discount or order another one and come back and pick it up when it arrives or get a refund. I did not want to keep coming back and forth to the store so took this one. Installed in garage and discovered the temperature control knob does not turn all the way for the freezer section. Directions say to turn the control knob counterclockwise to increase the temperature inside the freezer; however, the knob will not turn counterclockwise past the 'Off' position. It will only turn to the right (clockwise) and only part way into the freezer control (see picture). Called Midea and they could not help - told me to contact Lowe's. Called customer service at the store and asked that they deliver a replacement and take the damaged one considering the hassle I've had with this purchase. Said they can't do that but said I can bring it back for a refund or replacement. So, now I must get my neighbor (I'm 100% disabled veteran), to load it into my vehicle, drive back to Lowe's because both Midea and Lowe's failed me as a customer.

My husband explained what he was looking for and the gentleman told him we could meet him over at their warehouse bc he was sure he had what he wanted. While my husband did all the paperwork I finished going through the store. They had a stunning corner bar that matched perfectly. It was the bar I always wanted. I was not a huge fan of the bedroom set but boy did I want that bar for our kitchen. My husband said "no". After a few days I went back to the store to add it and it was on hold with my name on it, like I said "the women up front is family instantly". Deliver day came and they were 100% professionals. Then I went around the corner to the front of isle 39. I saw some flush mounts, but not what we needed. My husband left isle 38 and entered isle 39 from the back. He found them. Ugh! 1. No help in the isles 2. On hold for 4.5 minutes 3. Flush mounts at 3 different places. 4. Not on the isle marked "flush mounts" 5. Never saw an associate!!!!!
