When we ordered it we requested the window in the bathroom be frosted. He said we couldn't do that. That was a lie. When they delivered it they told us we could have. The window in other areas were in wrong place. When they so called leveled it they put it on wood instead of cement. It was only about 10 inches high with no room to get under it to hook plumbing up and not near enough support under it. I had to pay someone else $2500 to come do it right.
