I bought a slightly used (90 hrs) kubota tractor on consignment from this Temple WCTractor, sight unseen and from 115 miles away. Robert, the salesman sent pictures, took every call from me and answered every question and concern, and was pleasant every time. I had their service dept perform a pre-sale inspection and perform a 100 hr service on it. They also transported it to my local WCTractor 12 miles away since I was running into pick up issues. These professionals were very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate. The tractor stopped working a couple weeks after I got it, and after sharing a video of what was happening with the Temple crew, they felt my issue was due to an oversight in the initial service I paid for. Mike offered to have the tractor picked up and brought back to them for diagnostic and repair. Again, these professionals are going above and beyond normal expectations. I was skeptical about buying used farm equipment but after working with these professionals, I know I made the right decision to trust WCTractor -Temple. I will not hesitate to do future business with both the Temple and Navasota WCT locations. Without a doubt, Cole in Navasota and Robert and Mike in Temple know how to do business right and treat their customers with the utmost respect and integrity. Highly recommend! Purchased a used M62 TLB. Great place to do business with. They shared the details of the repair that was done after it was traded in. Highly recommend the sales person Dee Maedgen, he stayed on top of everything and personally delivered the tractor. The salesman I dealt with is Dee Maedgen. I explained exactly what I intended to do with a new tractor and Dee explained a smaller, less expensive tractor would do everything I wanted. He saved me a great deal of money. I have also bought a skid steer and various implements for Dee. When I was concerned about a hydraulic line leaking, Dee immediately came over and made everything right. I am very pleased with my experiences at WC Tractor. read more

I've bought 2 Kubota tractors from WC in Temple along with a bunch of implements. The negative reviewer here HAS to be a competitor as this isn't even close to reality. I've experienced the following: Excellent customer support from Josh and Cody Best prices quoted right out of the gate (no need to call around) Great service after the sale when something went wrong Both times when I bought my tractor, I bought a "package" and got a couple of quotes from other dealers just to make sure. Both times I didn't tell WC I had quotes elsewhere beforehand and both times he handily beat the quotes I already had without having to ask. I don't ask any more. I just call, tell them what I need, and know that I'm going to get great service at a great price. Although there is a Kubota dealership within 20 minutes of my home, I drive an hour each way to WC. I literally drive right past a competitor on my way... It's worth the effort to visit these guys. read more

This place is unbelieveable. Terrible service. Went to pick up repairs and was not even put back together, refused to. Was told needed new carb. for a one year old lawn tractor. Extremely rude and uses price gouging practices can buy anywhere else for a fraction of the price. Stay away from this business. read more
