If it could be no stars, that would be my review. Purchased a Shed from Rep Anne's Faes at the Natick Home Depot in Early May. Received an email on May 16 that the shed would be deliver in June 11. Phone contact said the shed would be here between 8-10 AM. At 4 pm still no return calls from Anne, the Derry NH office or Corporate. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Home Depot has charged me already, can't cancel the order. In reading other reviews on this company, they just tend to come whenever and leave the shed in your driveway! It was incredibly easy to find the shed I wanted, order it with accessories that I needed, Doug Soule kept in touch with me the entire process and was great answering whatever questions I may have had. The crew that came and put the shed together for me was phenomenal! Roughly 2 and a half hours they were done, made sure they cleaned up their mess, placed it EXACTLY where I wanted which wasn't easy as I wanted it butt ended against a fence. We got a shed ordered from Home Depot. There were delays because it's a super busy time to get a shed. The installers came and it rained on them all day but they got it installed none the less. There was a miscommunication between the installer and me, so my shed was positioned 90 degrees I correctly, but I share the greater portion of that responsibility. At this point, you're probably wondering why I'm giving them four stars. It's because when I called to communicate my situation, Wes from their Corp office took his valuable time to come out to my house at no cost to me, to reposition my shed (no small effort). He and one colleague, Kevin were able to reposition the shed properly. They were both great, but I want to give a special shout out to Wes, who was super gracious, considerate, immensely hard working and focused with making customer service a top priority. He even spent time afterwards touching up the paint on my shed (more like he gave entire shed another coat). To boot, Kevin gave me great advice on how to deal with some minor lawn issues I was having because he worked in the industry prior to working for Tuff. Needless to say, I think Tuff's staff were professional and did not disappoint me with the final product at half the cost of Reeds Ferry. read more

I got my Tuff Shed installed on June 3, 2020. Still within the warranty the latch handle snapped off at the base and I was locked out. I was assured that the crew would come by on 3/11 to replace it. They never showed up but called the next day and rescheduled for the 16th (This past Tuesday). They never showed up, no one has called and they won't respond to emails or voice mails for the last 48 hours. Horrible communication and customer support. read more

I purchased a 10 x 12 premier level Tuff Shed. I worked with Doug Soule who was excellent, very responsive and informed me in specific terms what I could expect. The shed itself is great and built to last. I am someone that builds everything himself and fixes everything his self, but at 72 years old I just didn't want to build another shed from scratch. The premier level has a metal frame base and is somewhat elevated off the ground so it will not rot. Our experience with Tuff Shed was five stars from start to finish. The design process online was very easy and slightly addictive. It was so much fun to add windows, paint, and such. Then once all was designed, Doug Soule, the sales consultant, called us and walked us through the process each step of the way to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He was so friendly and helpful, answered all of our questions, and truly cared about the process and us as customers. Delivery was on time and the men who set up our shed (Hi Pete!) worked out in pouring rain and sleet on a very cold day in November. They did not complain at all and were so kind. They remained smiling and were very informative whenever I would pop out and ask a question. The whole team was excellent and I would definitely recommend Tuff Shed to friends and family.
