We went to Stone Masters looking for a new countertop for our bathroom. After talking with Eve, we…read moredecided on a white quartz for the top and backsplash. As we had purchased bowls to go on the countertop, we asked about having the holes cut by the installers for the drains and faucets which she indicated could be done. We opted to have their staff remove and dispose of the old countertop which had built in sinks. They removed the old top with only one very small spot to touch up as the new backsplash was going to be 2" taller than the existing one. They then created a template for the top and took it back so the new top could be cut to fit. When the top was ready, they called and arranged a date and time to do the install and cut the holes for the drains and faucets. The top fit snugly into place. We showed them where we wanted the bowls and faucets. They marked the spots and cut the holes. During the cutting they had a shop vac that caught almost all of the dust from the cuts. The back splash was cut outside and brought inside to be glued in place. The end product looks great. We arranged the connection of the bowls/faucets separately. A big sticker on the rake said "15 year warranty" that made me feel like it must be good quality. The first time I used the rake it caught a weed root bending the metal into a triangle. Never had a rake bend like that. Cheap quality even compared to Walmart or anywhere. I tried to return it but they said "they" wouldn't allow it because it wasn't really broke just bent. I'm too poor to pay more for a worse tool. Tractor Supply actually honors their warranties. They even asked me if I had a receipt. When I showed they they receipt showing I purchased the rake less than a week before, they came up with another excuse. I'll never go there again. I don't like paying more for a tool that doesn't even last a week.

We purchased a house in Las Cruces from out of state. During the inspection the inspector said that…read morethere were issues with the drains on the flat roof. So the previous owner had A Mountain Roofing come out to do maintenance / repairs and the repairs that were supposed to be guaranteed! I can only imagine what the previous owner paid for said work. We had a leak so we contacted A Mountain Roofing. Name withheld came out to inspect their work / the drain and roof. He said that the pipe in the roof was cracked! Then proceeded to tell me that the roof needed OVER $20k in maintenance / repairs! The same person also told me that to fix the leak would be over $1,100.00 to repair and another $400.00 for drywall. We called another company and they came out then pulled the cover and inspected the drain. They asked to use the garden hose to run water in the drain just past where the roof meets the drain. They ran water for approximately 10 minutes with no leaking. And said that they would send a crew out to re-coat the inlet to the drain. Then that night we got rain and NO LEAKS. I then contacted the A Mountain employee and said that he was wrong and the issue was the coating around the inlet of the drain. He then accuse me of lying to him. Why would I lie to him? I just wanted the leak / drain fixed The company that fixed the leak charged $250.00 and asked if I knew the paint code or color so they could texture and paint. I told them I have paint and needed to do some touching up I will take care of that. Remember the quote from A Mountain of OVER $1,500.00 and that didn't include painting where the leak caused the paint to fall off. My worthless .02 cents is go ANYWHERE but A Mountain Roofing for roofing‼ The A Mountain employee was a smooth talker and a SALESMAN and could have cared less about the situation that should have been his responsibility! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They need to avoid the Home Show from this point on with this type of horrible service. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!! I have all of my phone calls saved for proof. Avoid this business at all costs, imaging trying to get hold of them if you have an issue.....no thanks! I will ensure that I tell everyone I know how you treated my wife and I. I wasted nearly 3 months waiting for your incompetence, not sure how you can stay in business. I should have known I would have problems in the beginning when your employee didn't show up for work to open the store that first Saturday.

I went to Mesilla Valley design Center looking for countertops and cabinets for my kitchen. After…read morespeaking with Yasmin and Gabe I chose a beautiful blue cabinet with a grey/white granite countertop. Unfortunately you can't see the slab in person before purchasing, but Gabe reassured me that the slab I choose did not have any purple or red in it. I absolutely did not want purple or red in my granite. The cabinets were supposed to take 3 weeks to come in. They arrived late. I was at work the day they were installed. My fiancé had sent some pics throughout the day so I could see the progress. I came home excited to see my new cabinets. I was completely disappointed when I arrived. My beautiful blue cabinets were scratched and had areas of paint rubbed off. My new laminate floors had a HUGE scratch along 3 planks. Crooked doors, gaps and the sides of the counters were pine color instead of blue, and the appliances were not installed correctly. I contacted Gabe and he reassured me the issues would be taken care of. Then comes the granite install. To start the granite has purple specks in it. I was devastated when I say this. And since it was already ordered and paid for there was absolutely nothing I could do.(Make sure you find a place that will show you your slab in person before buying) They scratched up my cabinets even more while putting the granite on my island, they broke the granite behind the stove and didn't tell me. They twisted the front of the sink base when putting the granite on. I had Gabe and his installers out on several occasions to fix these issues, but it still isn't right. I've given up trying with them. Gabe seems nice, but his installers are terrible. They try and make quick, easy fixes, but it just ends up looking like crap. It got to the point that I didn't want them back in my house. Gabe offered to have them replace the broken granite, but I decided not to let them. I was also going to have them do my back splash, but that won't be happening either. I will saw that the did give me a credit for the cost to fix my floor. All in all I went 4 months without a kitchen and spent close to $10,000 to get a kitchen that makes me sad every time I walk in to it. I do not recommend them and have already warned a friend that is looking to remodel her kitchen to stay very far away from this company.
