The prep team came at least 3 times to ensure things would go well as I had a difficult property to navigate including bamboo, steps, slate and a tight space to get the shed into. The owner Scott even came to the site to verify everything and ensure the right amount of wood and rocks were delivered. My yard slopes down, and Matt said he felt they should add a second row of wood to ensure no water running into the shed which also included all the extra rocks to fill the space. This was done without complaint or extra charge. They delivered the day they promised. Matt and Chris were AWESOME throughout the entire process and assisted the mule driver get my shed down the hill to where it would be installed. The shed itself is amazing! It is insulated to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter and the attention to detail in the craftsmanship from the Amish builders is second to none. I HIGHLY recommend this business. They are honest, fairly priced and do a great job installing a high quality shed. Don't go anywhere else for your backyard needs!

It's been almost four years since the fence was installed, and after a vigorous rainstorm, we've…read morediscovered that the fence posts were never secured with concrete. Yaboo just dug holes, dropped the posts in, and filled with dirt. That means that after a few years of rain and wind, the dirt in the holes has eroded away and the fence is now leaning by almost 15 degrees. I called Yaboo and they came out and said this isn't a manufacturing or installation defect since they "never use concrete" when securing fence posts. They said it's because it rots the wood. (Concrete rots wood, but wet dirt doesn't...?) So, it's not covered under warranty and they'll charge us to fix it. AND they won't use concrete. Jan Fence, on the other hand, noted that they always secure fence posts with concrete, and a quick Google search of "how to install a fence" shows five out of the six top results using concrete to secure posts. So, almost four years later and Yaboo's poor workmanship is going to cost us more money. We'll be getting Jan Fence to reinstall the fence (and position the posts along the property line CORRECTLY this time), so no need to ever work with Yaboo Fence Company ever again. I hope everyone that considers using Yaboo gets at least two more quotes and considers all aspects of the work involved, including HOW the fence is installed.

As luck would have it, the perfect size building was available right on the lot in Bethel! Within a few weeks, the site was prepped. The house was delivered 10 days later. I can't say enough about the help we received every step along the way. But the real shocker was the skill with which the pool house was carried from driveway to pool. Andy and Joe operated a machine called a mule to direct the move. This avoided the use of a heavy truck on the lawn. Though it added a little more to the cost, the savings to electrical and septic lines was more than a fair compromise. We are thrilled. The fan and additional lighting is being installed today. We will finally have shade by the pool!
