My successful TuffShed experience has everything to do with the point person/sales associate down at TuffShed Ventura, Regina Hughes. She is hands down the most professional, calm, pleasant, reassuring person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. My TuffShed project took nearly a year to complete, the extended length of which was entirely of my own doing. I went through countless revisions of the project, as many as twenty change orders. I had my doubts, discouragements, and very cold feet. Yes. I was THAT client. At every change, Regina would simply reiterate her mantra, "I just want you to be happy with what you get. I just want you to get exactly what you want." I know she meant this. She would ensure at each juncture, with each change order that I was still getting the original (great) deal from TuffShed, and that all the changes were checked and double checked, by her, by me, and by the TuffShed building team. Her call back time was typically minutes. Minutes! She was ever present and supportive on my project for just shy of a year. Regina hooked me up with a great TuffShed contact who did demolition in preparation for the new shed, and is currently doing my electrical, etc. work for me. He will end up doing the whole job, as well as other projects at our home. He is just as great with communication. I am very happy with my TuffShed. I worked with Janice during the design phase using the online shed building tool. It was great to be able to customize the shed exactly how we wanted it. Janice went the extra mile ensuring we ended up with all the right options after changing our minds several times. We ordered fire prevention add-ons of cement siding and metal roof. I am thankful we had a large grass lawn space available for them to assemble and paint the 10x12ft walls. The installation team got it raised in 6hours. It was incredibly fast and the build is plumb and square and in exactly the right spot. They were even able to work around some existing electrical pipes. She was knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation of the product I was looking for. She discussed all the requirements needed on where to place the shed. She found any discounts that I could use. We had such a positive experience with Regina and TuffShed. I was looking for a shed for my yard to use for storage. Multiple different contractors recommended TuffShed for its quality. I love my Tuff Shed it's beautiful. This review is not for Ventura location it's for the company itself. But I'm very dissapointed that it wasn't install correctly the first time. the shed roof was going over my neighbors fence so I had to pay $300 dollars to get move. It was install on Monday , the next day I called to get fix. Which it's not nice because it should've been correctly in the first place. We asked the builder to not put it near the fence the first time and it was. There was enough room to be built it correctly. read more
