This review is overall Tuffshed review... I did review for our shopping experience @ Tuffshed Ventura and now, the project was completed. We were totally satisfied and will recommend Tuffshed Ventura to anyone who is looking for a good & sturdy shed. For ground preparation, we used Tuffshed recommended (by Ms. Regina Hughes) handyman, Mr Luis Piceno's crew. They came early on the appointment date and under the burning sun, completed the whole nine yard of cutting concrete block, removing dirt, and repacking the ground before laying out the weed barrier cloth for gravels and sand. Mr. Piceno even moved my existing electrical connection to the appropriate corner and once the shed is done, he reconnected to the shed. The installation of the shed was also done quickly and systematically. The end product was amazing as can be seen in the enclosed picture. The installation crew was also very cognisant and dedicated to what they did. Finally, I'll shout out to Ms Regina Hughes for keeping in touch with us through out the installation process. My successful TuffShed experience has everything to do with the point person/sales associate down at TuffShed Ventura, Regina Hughes. She is hands down the most professional, calm, pleasant, reassuring person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. My TuffShed project took nearly a year to complete, the extended length of which was entirely of my own doing. I went through countless revisions of the project, as many as twenty change orders. I had my doubts, discouragements, and very cold feet. Yes. I was THAT client. At every change, Regina would simply reiterate her mantra, "I just want you to be happy with what you get. But I'm very dissapointed that it wasn't install correctly the first time. the shed roof was going over my neighbors fence so I had to pay $300 dollars to get move. It was install on Monday , the next day I called to get fix. Which it's not nice because it should've been correctly in the first place.
